I don't know about any other barber in this shop but Naycha. My boyfriend has gone to him 3 times and every time he has been late! Not 5 or 10 mins but 30 minutes the last time he made an appointment for 1030am and he arrived at 12 noon! I took my son once and he was late again about 10 minutes, then he will call last minute and say "im 5 minutes away" but this last time he called back and lied because he told my man 30 mins after he stated 5 minutes originally. Never again!! On top of his consistent tardiness if you have any hair type other than African American it's a no! He cut all of my boyfriends hair off which he did NOT want and it wasn't even blended right in the back. He turned a temp fade into cutting l his hair off with a little on top. It was so ugly. He will no longer be getting our service, however he did cut my sons hair nice which is a different texture but not worth the price combined with the tardiness.

My son got a cut from Naycha , and who complains about a child moving their head. He stopped and paused as if he was irritated with him . But what I’m more so pissed about his clippers were dirty and that is unsanitary. Now we have to treat a rash on him because of that . We will not be back out of the few years he’s gotten a cut we’ve never had this to happen.

I am writing to share my very unpleasant experience with "Naycha", who works at this shop. He gave me his card 2 days prior, and when I booked through The Cut app, I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time, yet waited almost an hour before being seated in his chair (he claimed that one of his other clients arrived before me, which was not true. He failed to acknowledge that he missed the appointment through the app, and then proceeded to say that I could have reminded him about the appointment time. He also bragged on his services, and that he doesn't have a photographic memory because he cuts so many people's hair (he actually said that he cut my hair before when he did not).

Upon asking what kind of cut I was looking for, he said that I had booked the wrong kind of service, and continued to be very rude and condescending. I then walked out of his chair, because I could not believe that instead of starting on the service that he would actually argue and berate a customer in front of other barbers and patrons. He actually claims that this is "his" shop, but his latest reviews on The Cut app have been one star, mine included.

I am severely disappointed in the treatment that I received, and I hope that this complaint is taken seriously. Thank you.

My son got his haircut by Naycha the Barber and he was so unprofessional and used vulgar language. He needs to be ot of business. 2/10 do NOT recommend.

I get my haircut by Tamara every weak, and my haircuts come out looking sharp and well even. She also washes my hair if needed or if I ask and provides hair moisturizer for my specific type of hair. I love her customer service and communication skills it’s extremely easy to talk to her which also allows me to feel at ease when I’m in her chair getting ready for another cut.

New to GA and was seeking someone to give me a shape up. ROD was great! He listened to what I wanted and needed and he delivered! He also did my eyebrows and I am very pleased with his professionalism. I recommend him!!! I will be back!

Nice environment and the female barber (Tamara) is very talented. She's the best female barber hands down. I went in skeptical about allowing a new person to cut my hair because I have a awkward hairline. She had me looking and feeling like a million bucks...LOL. She can cut, braid, twist and even do starter locs. You can't find a hairstylist that can do it all. The only issue I have now is that I don't live in Atlanta so I can't use her on the regular but whenever I'm in town I will skip going to my barber to get hooked up by her.
