I have never been more upset about my nails than I am today. I came in to have a fresh new set of liquid gel nails, the salon itself is pretty but the atmosphere was very tense. I had my nails worked on by two different people, one person removed my old set and over filed my natural nails to the extent I had to yank my hands back due to the burning pain. She also cut my finger to the point that I was bleeding. I then got handed off to another woman. She went very fast with my nails, anyone could see she was rushing to finish my nails as soon as she started since she already had another person waiting for a liquid gel set. My nails are FAR shorter than anticipated, my fingers are puffy and red, my skin is inflamed and aching. The color was what I picked but that’s the only thing that was correct. Once I was in the car with my husband I was in tears. I don’t get my nails done more than once a month because it’s supposed to be a nice little treat, these were my husband’s wedding gift to me since we just got married. I hate complaining but I am so deeply upset with my nails, how rushed it was, and how little care was taken to not hurt me. I’m including pictures of my nails and the inspo pic that I had up the ENTIRE time so it could be referenced and expressed I only wanted my nails slightly shorter and hearts on my ring fingers instead of my middle fingers. My hands are in too much pain to even try going somewhere else to have them fixed.

This was the first time my daughter and I have been here. The shop was clean and smelled good. No funky nail salon smell. My daughter wanted something very detailed and boy did they exceed!! We will definitely be back for future services.

Amazing place. So glad that one of my friends told me where they get their awesome nails done so I can get awesome nails done for my girls. The way they treat my daughters is out of this world like little princesses. I hit the lottery with this place and my nail artist Nancy. I wish I could show pics of their faces as they get their nails done and their pedicures. The pictures are out of this world.. So glad to find this place. And spoil my daughters with such great treatment from their staff.

We got my daughter’s nails done for the first time at this nail salon for her birthday. The stylist Nancy did a beautiful job! My daughter loved her nails. The only thing was the price. The full set was said to be $55, but adding two flowers had to cost an additional $10, and we felt that $65 was just a little too pricy. But otherwise, nail experience was great.

I’m beyond disappointed by my nails and the service of this place, especially since they’re for my prom and look like a complete mess. They were rushed by the woman doing them and ended up not being the right size, and the charm I wanted at first didn’t look good at all. Once I asked them nicely to take them off, the woman who again did my nails removed them roughly, and they were redone by someone else. My nails, in general, ended up being rough and bumpy, and I was also cut, which I have photo proof of, while not even being apologized to. My nails barely looked close to the photo I showed them, and when getting my wax, my eyebrows were two different shapes, and I still had to pay $171. The only thing that was fine was my pedicure.

Love the entire team at Kingdom Spa 2! They all do amazing work and take great care of my nails. Scotty, Nancy, Henri, Kui and the team are attentive to the clients and do great artistry! They’ve never not been able to execute any design I ask for!

I was referred to the Salon by a friend because of the cleanliness however, the friendliness and quick services keep me going back! Nancy is the BEST nail technician there and her designs are top-tier! I’m very picky about my designs, and she always gets it right!!!

I had a very disappointing experience today with both the manicure and pedicure services. The staff did not treat all customers the same, which felt incredibly unprofessional. While I was there, it was clear they were more focused on certain clients, ignoring others (myself included). Not only did they not take the time to engage with me or make me feel valued, but they also barely looked at me when responding to any questions. The lack of attention and courtesy left a bad impression, and I won't be returning. It's unfortunate, as I had high expectations based on past experiences, but this visit was a letdown.
