My son loved his experience at King Cuts Barber Shop! He’s usually very shy, but the staff made him feel so comfortable right from the start. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which really put him at ease. He was extremely happy with his haircut – it turned out great!

I asked for a low taper and to keep my hair longer all around in the back and to get my hair line shortened the barber then did my c cups shortened my hair line alot and gave me a V cut with my hair being at different lengths all around the sides back and my hair line they really did me dirty and this place is trash and i suggest going to liberty cuts

I have been in three different times and have had great experiences. The place reminds me of my childhood barber shop trips with my dad and had cuts done by multiple barbers. The cuts have always been great. The prices are more than fair. You will not get the service or atmosphere at the fantastic something or sports or great something, and you will have to mortgage you home by the time you leave those other places. So chill and enjoy the guys and the services they provide. I will recommend King Cuts highly!

I came here with hope. I left with disappointment! I asked for a thick chin strap and it was cut thinner then a pencil. He cut my goatee when I wanted it kept and my bald mid fade is uneven.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The barbers spend more time on their phones than they do actually cutting hair. If you do not have an appointment they will not honor the first walk in and pick and choose who they want to cut. I was in the barber shop and was the only one there and was skipped over twice by two other people who had just walked in because their hair is easier to cut! And no they did not have appointments!! Do not waste your time or your money find a different shop!

Just moved to Surprise and was looking for a barbershop. I saw this location had great pictures so I decided to go here over a few others. *Big Mistake*

I asked for high skin fade, 1 inch off the top, and no line up. I always ask for this without any issues from any shop.

After getting my haircut, I received a high fade that was nonexistent. I received a line up that I did NOT ask for. On top of that, my line up was pushed back and it is still uneven. The top of my hair is a variety of different lengths. I combed it out at home and some pieces are too long.

I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I don’t think I’ll be back after a terrible 1st experience.
