What I asked for vs what I got….. never again. they don’t listen at all. they force you to get gel, make up prices and force you to get the highest price service. I can’t believe I had to pay 45$ for these ugly short nails. I’m so upset. Left no tip. I won’t be back.

First time and last time here. I went to get SNS nails and a pedicure. My nails are not even at all. They’re big and bulky and stuck all on the sides of my fingers. The older lady did my pedicure, she did ok. My only complaints is that I paid for a pedi with a massage and did not receive 1. Also, she did not scrub my heels and they look like they haven’t been touched.

Today was the first time I went and the service was very poor. I got a deluxe pedicure and the older lady that did my feet could not speak or understand good English. She did a poor job with my feet, did not take the time out to wipe off the orange that was left on my legs and plus my toes are not polished right. Next time I go I will make sure the younger lady or gentlemen is there to my pedicure but it not I will not get them done. I left off she was more into communicating with her co-workers than focusing on her job at that time with was me. This time was a very bad experience for me.

They provide great services. I was able to get in and out. Julie and Moon took care of me today but honestly they are all great. Both designs pictured I received here ❤️.

Julie is amazing! She is sweet and friendly but most of all blesses your hands! I almost didn’t write the review so that she didn’t start getting booked when I need her lol! She is quick and is very precise! This is my 4th visit and each has been great!

Got a mani/pedi. Leo is amazing, very gentle and attention to detail. They are quite busy but it's definitely worth the wait. I went classic for a wedding and the pink base is so pretty!!

Always a great vibe! Julie always has me right for my nails and eyebrows!! Ann is the best with my feet! My hubby is always happy with what he sees when I get home!! Love these ladies and wonderful shop!!

Summer and her entire team at keep it nails are always fast and great. I love coming here I won’t go to any other nail salon . They provide complementary drinks, candy for the kids and premium service. Just look at our Valentine’s Day set ! I’m obsessed . They even service children. Can’t wait for my next set
