Edit: I went back & his wife did my birthday nails - AMAZING!!! She understood the esthetic I was going for and didn't stop until I was 100% happy with them. I've been getting Loads of compliments!

Im a diabetic usually have to have a physician do my nails. Im in Saint David. Dr in Tucson. Don’t like doctors. No compassion or thorough enough. Always complain that they don’t get paid enough to take extra time with nails. ANYWAY…. Went to Kayla’s in Benson. Cindy was my tech and did a great job. Didn’t hurt me. Took her time and so thorough. She is my new “go” to person. 5* for Cindy.

My appointment was at 5pm and I was out at 6pm. The guy working there took his time after I told him exactly how I wanted it. He also asked 5 times if he was doing how i like it, I was very appreciative of that. He very gentle handed. I had 3 of my acrylics pop off and I needed a fill. Total I paid was 40.00.
Everything was good until the gel polish process he got a bit shaky on my left hand and it looks a bit clumpped and lumpy compared to my right hand as u can see in pictures. They arent very talkative at all, I dont mind because it dont like small talk. But overall ai was happy with the experience and I still love my nails.

Follow up- the clumps weren't cured fully and peeled. next day he was able to fix nails no charge 🙂

I’m from out of state and this was my first time here, I was as already super nervous. Kevin did a great job on my shape. However then the woman finished and I am very disappointed with the polish job. All of my nails look like this.

2 stars only for effort. It was not pretty at all! I will go to either Sierra Vista or Tuscon, from now on! Crooked nails and glitter tips were half of the nail, Instead ! They spend way too much time talking to each other and the 1 lady that does waxing didn't want to wax me, because the hair was too short, according to her!

Coming from a very large city to a small town I wanted to support the local business, so that is why I went to Kayla's. Kevin does a phenomenal job I'm not going to doubt that. But their thought prose on pricing is very confusing. The very first time I went in for a fill I was charged $35 second time I had nail art done because it was Christmas and with the fill and the nail art it came to$60- which is totally understandable because it's nail art on every fingernail. The next time I went in my Phil went from $35 to $45 no nail art, all one color no special detail with price went up. The next time I went in for a fill I was asked if I wanted my nails shorter and I said yes a little bit and the price of the fill solid color no nail art went to $50. No I'm not getting anything different each film everything is the same but the price keeps going up. The last time that I went in for a fill, $55. And finally I have to just say enough's enough. I don't see how they fluctuate their prices when the fill is the same every time whether having them shorter or what it may be. So I take my business to Tucson now cuz I'm not going to plan on going in there thinking that my fill is going to be $40 and it ends up going up to $60 not going to do it.

I’ve tried this salon a few times over the years. They cut me on the side of my nails when they put new set on. Then like a fool I went back to try a pedicure again. My 4 year old granddaughter gives a longer and better massage. None of my callouses were taken off. Basically I paid for soaking my feet, which the water was barely warm, and for gel polish. I will never go back again!!! I will never recommend them to anyone. I am surprised they are still open. My tech kept signing and blowing her breath like I was taking up her time and bothering her. Worst place ever!!!
