Every time I go the Ladies are welcoming and doing their best to get you in & out. They have their own hair. This style is just beautiful and more ladies walked out with it with just an extra pep in their step!

Absolutely unprofessional!!! I waited over two hours to get tree braids for $120 . While the owner sits on the couch. She wanted to charge me extra because of the thickness of my hair and hair included. When that’s wasn’t even stated in the price. Then stated after she didn’t want to do it and proceeded to lay down.They give poor service all around I would recommend any other shop in Georgia other than this one. It’s okay, I went to Motherland Hair Braiding. The service was lovely and I got the tree braids for $180 full and neat!

I’ve been coming to this shop over 10 years. She has always welcomed me with a smile and gets me right in. If no braider available, she would call someone in to help. I truly recommend her shop. Never disappointed ?

When I walked in, I immediately had a gut feeling due to showing the owner (Kade) a picture of what I wanted followed by Kade gaslighting me into a different style, which I had to plead my case of not wanting. During my service, I was coughed on by another braider several times. My head was roughly pushed around for what seemed to be no good reason. Not even halfway through completing, Kade asked me to pay. When it came down to my last four braids, Kade decided to sweep around and start on another customer despite me being there from 11 AM to 5:30 PM. The last four braids were rushed and thick. They were inconsistent with the rest of the braids, and it was obvious. She proceeded to gaslight me again, and say that this is what I wanted. This was a terrible experience full of inconsideration, passive aggressiveness, and flat out disrespect.

This is my first time getting my hair braided by Kade , they don’t braid too tight but not too loose .. i recommend her and she’s affordable with great availability too!

RUN, DON’T WALK” away from this place. Where do I start. The shop wasn’t open at the appropriate time, 8:00am. I had to call the number on the card and Kade answered and apparently had just awaken at 8:00am. Her aunt arrived after 8:30. This was a major red flag. This place is unprofessional and nasty. I had to ask the braider(the aunt) to clean her combs and brushes. She then put hand sanitizer on the combs and brushes until I asked her to wash them out. I should have left then. Next, Kade comes in the shop and starts on my daughter’s hair. She was rushing, unorganized, and messy. Me and this lady actually got into an argument because she tried to use another dirty comb on my daughter’s hair that she got out of some solution and told me the “white” comb was black because it was old. I also had to make her take braids down and re-part them because the parts was crooked. Then she had the audacity to ask for me to pay before it was done and told me some people don’t have the money and leave without paying. All awhile insinuating I didn’t have money and might run out. I had to go off on her about that. She came in looking like a nasty mess and I should have known then she was going to be a problem. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this nasty, run-down, unsanitary shop. It should be coded and boarded up. The auntie was the only person decent, but she braided my child’s hair too tight and now she have bumps in the back of her head. Kade don’t care about her customers and need to be shut down permanently. The braids turned out “okay” and that was only because I had to stand over them and monitor and observe the process! I regret ever stopping here. I will never again in life visit this shop and I need to stand outside to riot. RUN, don’t walk away from this hell hole and monstrosity!
