Amazon Sellers: Avoid This Supplier

Based on my experience, JNI Wholesale has shown complete disregard for the risks their actions cause to Amazon sellers. Don't be fooled by how "helpful and professional" JNI seems in communication. Despite being fully aware that their supply chain has repeatedly not met Amazon’s verification standards, they continue to operate and sell inventory. They have failed to provide the necessary documentation that Amazon requires, and as a result, I experienced account deactivation.

JNI's inability—or unwillingness—to address these issues not only puts sellers at risk but also demonstrates a shocking level of negligence. This is not a minor oversight; they knowingly fail to provide what is needed for Amazon's compliance standards, while continuing to profit from unsuspecting sellers who trust their services.

Their actions are enabling a system where sellers lose everything—money, inventory, and countless hours—and JNI walks away with their profits, without taking any responsibility for the consequences.

If a supplier’s inventory doesn’t meet Amazon’s standards, would you trust it on Walmart, Target, or any other marketplace?

I don’t understand how they actually manage to sell anything! It is ridiculous how absent their sales/customer service is!

They have a fully functional website and a telegram channel, but theres no actual way to talk to them or purchase anything without emailing them and when you email them, no one ever responds!

If by some miracle someone does write back, it is literally weeks later to tell you that the product you wanted is already sold or is somehow else unavailable!

The only time I was able to purchase anything from this company was when there was a purchasable listing on their website and I was able to place an order without the involvement of whoever runs this circus show!

The individual who sends out messages on their telegram channels, acts as if it’s him personal blog…

They do have some decent deals every so often, but there’s no way to actually purchase any product…
