I live in Salem and continue to drive the half hour to use Springfield Clinic. I like the care that I am given by each of the staff…Jolinda, MaKenna, and Dr Maneja. Dr. Maneja is extremely attentive and thorough in her work. Unlike a lot of doctors who just perform a perfunctory examination on the patients and give them antibiotics for everything, Dr. Maneja listens to all of my concerns and addresses each of them with an effective treatment. Dr. Maneja has this way about her that is both super efficient and at the same time is never rushed. She asks really insightful questions and I always feel heard.
At the same time, when I go I am in and out faster than I expect to make it through check-in.
Her staff are all very efficient as well, and sometimes I hear them laughing together. It's so important to me to hear people having fun at work. When employee morale is high customers are well cared for.
