I never post reviews but this was definitely the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. My little sister went here Friday to get her hair done for a wedding which the ceremony takes place in the morning on Saturday. She called before and expressed that she needs a stylist that is experience with course curly hair. She got her curled and it was done with a flat iron not even a curling iron. Her curls fell out with in an hour. When she called the next day to express her disappointment that the curls fell out so soon especially after expressing multiple times that she needed tight curls, as tight as could be, so that it could last longer she was placed on hold multiple times then she dialed me as she was very upset and flustered at his point. They had told us she could come in and pay another $100 for her hair to get fixed or wait for them to reach out the stylist to see what actually happened like we were lying. After she called us back she proceed to tell us “the stylist said she spent 30 minutes de matting her hair and did that complementary even though we usually charge for it”. That was the absolute worst way to phrase something. Like her hair was dirty and unkept. They just didn’t know how to work with coily hair or untangle it because she can do a perfectly fine job brushing her hair at home. To have stated that my sisters hair was matted in the first place is wrong. She has gotten her hair curled so many times and has had it last for days when done properly, yet this one didn’t even last an hour. They were very unhelpful and clearly do not know how to work with textured hairs. If you have curly or textured hair this place is not for you. Very unprofessional and awful customer service.

The fact is that anywhere else would have tried to rectify the situation and leave the customer feeling happy. They did not, nor did they attempt to. They were dismissive and did not respect that I did not get the service I want vs the service that was provided. They kept reiterating that the stylist is very good at her job and a great stylist. I did not any point indicate that she was wasn’t, but that it wasn't what was asked for. Now we have to recurl her hair and it was $100 wasted.

In response to the owners response. We did send pictures. The curls didn’t last more that 30 minutes. We were not offered a Recurl we were told she could pay all over again for the service.

I went to go see Evelina to get a full head of highlights and haircut. She was very friendly, welcoming and gentle. I was able to sit back watch videos on my phone and relax while she did my hair. It was a great experience overall and I will be returning to her! Cost for the service was also reasonably priced at $230 with tip included.

Salon is really nice. I go there to get facials from Casey, absolutely love her. She is amazing and does a wonderful job.

Ok, this is based on my experience from today, please see the picture my hair before, than the picture that I show her what I want and yes what she did. At the salon looked good from the front , but after I left, I took a picture from the side, I was shocked. The hair dresser was Courtney, however she did a good hair cut on my long hair before. Today I’m very disappointed and upset.

After such long time I went back to Courtney, she was the only one doing great layers on my hair, and of course she didn’t disappoint giving me a great haircut.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I’m so pleased with how my hair turned out, so I wanted to share my experience.

I was visiting family in town and a friend recommended a tier 4 stylist at the salon who I originally thought I booked with, but there was a scheduling error on my behalf. I called last minute and the receptionist was able to squeeze me in with Abbie E for blonding and a cut. I was a little nervous at first to book with a newer stylist, but it turned out to be an incredible choice. Not only is Abbie super kind and personable, she is attentive to detail and gave me the best highlights/root tap/tone that I’ve had in many years. My haircut also turned out great! I would have never guessed that she was newer to the industry. She is highly skilled and clearly passionate about her work.

If you’re blonde and looking for perfectly blended highlights with no lines, Abbie is your girl! I will surely book with her again next time I’m in town. Thanks again, Abbie!

I am so happy I found this place! I am from Chicago and made the drive to come to this lovely location. Sam did an AMAZING job on my hair! I went in for a balayage look and explain to Sam that I wanted something subtle. She understood my concerns and made me feel confident that she understood what I was looking for. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted! Every person I had an interaction was kind and sweet. I do recommend anyone to go here to get their hair done and pay Sam a visit! She will not disappoint you!

I have spent the last 6 months trying to work with a bad haircut. I sat down in Angela’s chair and she listened to me!! We spent a lot of time talking about my hair and what I wanted now and what we would need to do to get there. She was amazing! I highly recommend this salon and Angela specifically.
