I haven't any complaints on the clinic, the Hospital Emergency Room is a different story, the Doctor could care less about me, spoke with her maybe three minutes. They kept me there four hours and two blood draws, later they released me. Inflated bill and unnecessary wait time, I would not use their Emergency Room again, unless my life depended on it"

Took my 8 year old daughter here late last night for a broken arm. The staff were all fantastic with her & took care of us extremely quickly. Clean facility, kind staff. So grateful for them!

"I would have given it a 0 star but cant" I went in to the er in calico rock Arkansas last night for a allergic reaction to food rash on my neck chest arms and he said it was not an emergency but then said I was not allergic to trazodone and prednisone and he has never seen me in a day in my life worst hospital so do not go there. go to a better place that you can really get the help you need this hospital needs to hire more doctors and nursing staff

I went to the ER exibiting signs of a stroke, the Dr. Said it was a tension headache, told me to take some Tylenol, and I would be ok, even with the nurse argueing with him that it seemed like one to her, he discharged me. The nurse said if I continued to have problems go to a different ER. The next day I went to my PCM and he confirmed that I did in fact have a stroke. So with that being said, giving it a 2 rating is pushing it, I only went with a 2 because at least the nurse knew and argued with the dr.

They saved my daughters life while I was on vacation in Calico Rock! I cannot say enough for the police department and the emergency technicians! Need to find a site to donate money to their needs! Cannot say enough about his! You guys may
be in a small town but you provided quality services of a big city! A BIG THANKYOU !

Administration never return calls and Do not use this hospital for surgery if they tell you jacob lee Dickinson, he is a bold face liar, i had surgery been in pain since fobbed me off with the results of a ct scan carried out at this hospital, told me my mesh was in place and no issues. HE IS A LIAR IT CAN NOT BE SEEN ON A CT SCAN...WHAT ELSE WILL HE TELL LIES ABOUT...BE WARNED.. HE IS NO doctor or surgeon !. I am assuming the medical center is happy with his behavior due to their lack of response to calls made to them. Fraudulent concealment knowingly withholding information from a patient which could cause HARM
