I usually don’t go out of my way to write a review, but I felt the need to make one so people are aware of their poor customer service.

I made an appointment today and they even called me 30 mins prior to confirm. I got there 15 minutes early, and 1 person greeted me and I told her I have the appointment. I was sitting there 15 minutes past my appointment time and still nothing; they did not say it’ll be a little longer or sorry for the wait or nothing. So I left and got my nails done from a place across the street. I never had a bad service like this. It was just rude.

They applied a menthol mask when I asked them at the start of my appointment to NOT use menthol. Multiple women working there heard me confirm that there was no menthol in their green tea mask. Then after applying and complaining they didn’t even wash it off with soap and told me at the end that, oh yes there is menthol. Not only have I been uncomfortable the rest of the day but I’m starting to get a rash from the menthol!!! Horrible they don’t let customers know of allergic ingredients in their products when directly asked! Also the pedicure sinks stink like sulfur, it was uncomfortable from the start of the appointment.

Will not be going back, and do not recommend them. I used to go to itouch often for pedicures and their customer service and quality have seriously deteriorated in the past year.

This is the best nail salon in Arizona. I’ve been coming here for years and they have the best customer service. They’re always friendly and accommodating. If you don’t have an appointment, they try to squeeze you in promptly.

I never have to say what I want, they get to know you and remember your name. The pricing is more than reasonable for the quality of work they do. Kenny the owner is in my opinion, the best nail tech in the world! His wife Sarah is so sweet and creative with the finishing touches of art on my nails sometimes (as pictured below). Tony is great with pedicures. Tammi is a sweetheart and super talented as well.

They offer complimentary drinks and snacks. They are kid friendly and always take my boyfriend’s 5 year old daughter in with me when I have her with me.

FOR MY LADIES IN NEED OF FRESH/CLEAN ACRYLICS:
As a woman from jersey this salon reminds me of home. This was easily the best acrylic refill service I’ve received in so long, and tops some places in jersey I’ve been to. I called a half hour before closing seeking an appointment for the following day and they were able to take me in first thing the next day. Without knowing any employees there they assigned Lilly to me as my nail technician and she did an unreal job. She really payed attention to detail and went back and fixed anything that wasn’t perfect on any nail. She reapplied nail glue to resecure them and even used the electric filer at the end to clean up the underside of the nail to really give it the pristine look. I payed 39$ here for a refill with multi colored nails and gems, while I paid 59$ at a different salon for a lumpy bumpy mess.

I love getting my nails done here As soon as I got there and selected my color I immediately was put into a chair and had service. Thanks for ITouch Day Spa! Most of the technicians are great. Very professional , beautiful and relaxing! Was visiting the area and stopped for a manicure

Went here for the 1st time today! It was really great and I so LOVE ITouch Day Spa Oro Valley. My pedicure was relaxing. My nails were smooth and even. They staff was friendly and treated every one with extreme care and understanding.
