Love my stylist Jake! Will review him on his independent page. This review is for the physical facility.

Overall nice place, good parking, easy to find. Only real complaint is the temperature. Freezing in the winter and too hot in the summer. My stylist’s chair is by a window so that may be a factor, but there seems to be little ability for the employees to adjust.

ISO Salon Suites is by far the BEST Salon in the area! Rachel does an incredible job with my hair and my mind! 😘 It's very high quality customer service for any and all services I have had there! No other place to go! Being from Barrington I didn't think to try it but I'm eternally grateful I did!!!! Thank you to all the staff for keeping me looking my best!

I want to let this company know that their professional reputation is being tarnished by allowing and incredibly unprofessional company, called 'Chantelle's Hair Studio' to conduct business in their building. I was serviced by the company owner, Chantelle Branch, this past weekend, and it was a huge mistake. Mainly because of the way she reacted when I inform her about my dissatisfaction with her service. Chantelle, literally became childlike during our phone call, cutting me off, speaking over me and raising her voice. I would like to believe the I.S.O. Salon requires higher standards when it comes to customer service.

When in to get my eyebrows done, just stood there for awhile until someone finally asked why I was there, didn't even really say hi or was welcoming. She said she will tell the lady, I sat down for like 10 min. I called out for her, no response so I left. Really waste of my time.
