I booked an introductory offer facial at Introstem spa at the Danbury mall. I didn’t get a email or reminder so I called the spa several times before my appointment no answer I left a message. So I decided to drive to the Mall and check it out because I really wanted to try the facial treatment. I get there the Spa is open. I asked if the number on the promo was correct, she responded yes however there was no record of my booking. No problem she said I can book you for later on ok I replied. I informed her that I was going to check on a patient who was at home( I am a hospice Nurse) she said no worries ? there is not an appointment scheduled after you take your time we have room she said just call me. So the time of my appointment was approaching quickly and I was still with a patient so I called she again said no worries. I arrived about 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Which I was to was ok. I was meet at the doorway of the spa by a gentleman that was angry and said your appointment was 30 minutes ok. I explained that I booked with Noya and she said it was fine. He was so rude face and body language made me very uncomfortable. I explained sir you are making me uncomfortable ? I will speak with Noya. He stays he is the manager!! I repeated I understand. I don’t feel comfortable talking with you. He continued to attempt to get me to leave. I wanted to wait for Noya. Eventually she was free and said do worry about him. I booked you. You talked to me it’s not an issue. I received the facial the promo said 69US dollars and I asked she verbally agreed. So we ended up having an consultation she wanted me to pay for a 5000 package through Affirm. I told her I was not going to do that however I wouldn’t mind doing a membership for 200-300 monthly to treat my skin. Noya and her angry manager asked for my Card and drivers license which I complied. Then I was told after he held my card for like 20 minutes that I could not pay month to month for a package or membership. So I replied. I had a founding membership at Skin laundry paying 250 monthly and it was great. It was too far to drive so I cancelled after a while. The manager said yes I understand however we don’t do that. No problem I replied and left. I get out to my car and noticed that I received to Calls from a Fort Lauderdale Florida. I returned the call and it was NOYA saying. I am sorry for the manager. We can do monthly membership payments. ?. I replied well I have to discuss with my daughter. I don’t intend on returning besides the obvious.
I was told and noted the special price. Since I didn’t purchase the package as I was checking out. I was told we are going to charge you 204 dollars for the facial you received today and I will gift you another facial for “free and a body slimming treatment.” Totaling 216 dollars. The reason I agreed to just get out of there. In my opinion the manager did not think I could afford the package that’s why he attempted to turn me around at the door. It’s unfortunate because I liked the facial except for the cream being left in my hair. The whole experience made me sad ? actually. Unfortunately I felt my only recourse was to post a review.

Enzo was great! He really convinced me to buy products from him even though that I was really convinced with my skin care routine, but I got convinced to try his products and made my purchase

I stopped in this afternoon for my facial, with Elena. She's great..the very best!! Hello Corporate?! she definitely needs a raise!!!! She left my skin feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. She turned this ogre into a prince, lol. If you're looking for amazing skin care service and products, this is THE place to visit! Always friendly and very professional.

This place is awesome!! Not only because the products that they use are the best I have ever tried but because the people that work there are very knowledgeable and. Wry profesional. My favorite is Elena, she has been so instrumental in getting my skin to look beautiful which makes me feel great. I always get nice compliments about how young I look. She not just gives nice facials but also teaches you how to take care of your skin. Lastly but not least, their skin LED devices really work and are very easy to use. Ni would recommend Introstem to anyone that wants to improve the quality of their skin in a short period of time.

I’ve had many facials but none as good as with Elena at Introstem. Her knowledge of skin care & the products are remarkable. I love that they are clean & chemical free. I felt pampered in luxury.
