Scheduled an appointment for my son to get a haircut. My card was charged for the service upfront. The app stated that if you missed your appointment you could be charged for a cancellation fee. The guy who was supposed to provide the service texted me and stated that he had to move my 12:15p appointment to 5pm at 3:07pm he texted again stating that he had a family emergency. Shortly after receiving his text I received an email stating that I missed my 12:15p appointment. I will be disputing the charge and filing suit if anything suspicious arise regarding this transaction.

With or without an appointment if they don’t know you they skip over you and treat you as if you’re not there. Sat there 45 minutes and barbers chairs were empty. They refused to acknowledge me. Someone walked in after the fact and once again they ignored me.

My sons have been coming here for about 10yrs. There's absolutely nowhere else that could be better. Courtney is a Master Barber with Major Skills. You can feel the peace in the atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door.

My husband gets his beard trimmed and lined up (shave) there. He has been a customer for many years. The shop is clean and it's a great environment. No waiting with appointments. He makes his appointments with the app. Best barbers around.

My son's haircut always looks 'Immaculate" when he gets done. His barber has been cutting his hair since he was 18 months old. The service is great and they have safety practices set during the pandemic.

I walk in hoping to get a haircut from anyone with and empty chair, that did not happen. They didn't greet me at all , no hey, hi, nor hello . I sat down and every barber just looked and went back to talking. There were 2 barbers with empty chairs just talking and playing on the phones, abd yet I was still waiting. More people who needed a hairhaircut walked in and were instantly seated and i know for sure they didn't have an appointment . I even stood up to get in a chair and the chair was taken by another walk in who just came and I had been there for 50 mins! So after waiting 50 mins for a chair , I got fed up and left . Wouldn't recommend this place for anyone !

I Understand That When Guys Are Talking About Sports, The Conversation Can Get A Little Loud But They Were Doing More Talking Than Cutting. My Child's Line Was Not Straight And They Seemed To Just Have Their Picks And Chooses Of Whose Hair They Would Rather Cut.
