Buyer Beware! Do not do business with Ideal Image. They pulled a bait and switch and told me the package covered one thing and when I got there it covered another. Only got one treatment and they blocked me from booking saying there was an overdue balance and to call. I paid the whole $1,900 up front so there was no balance. Years later, they still have yet to refund the $1,900. There are much better, much less expensive local options. The experience has been extremely disappointing.

I stopped in on a Saturday for Botox. The ladies at the front desk were professional and personable. Brittany, the Nurse who administered my injections was awesome. She took her time listening, as well as asking me questions, in order to obtain an optimal outcome and ensure I was happy with the results.

I visited Ideal Image Clinic for a Botox treatment and received 41 units, for which I was charged $367. Unfortunately, after one month, the results were minimal and noticeably weak. I attempted to schedule a meeting with the clinic manager to discuss my concerns, but he dismissed the issue and stated that I would need to purchase additional units for better results.

Given that 41 units is a standard dosage for Botox, it should have been effective. Additionally, I was not informed about the brand of Botox used, nor was I shown how it was prepared, which raises concerns about transparency and quality.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend Ideal Image Clinic for Botox treatments.

I started speaking with a staff member today via text regarding Botox and a lip flip to reduce the look of a gummy smile. The staff member informed me first that filler would be a better option. I then mentioned right off the bat that I was not interested in any kind of filler. She then doubled down and informed me the filler was “my only option, unfortunately.” Now at this point, we had only communicated via text, she had never seen my face or had any type or virtual consultation, so how can she make that decision via text? Also, to note, a simple Google search will pull up thousands of testimonials of people getting lip flips and Botox to fix this very issue. Not to mention the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery recommends it. After informing her of this, the story changes to “it can help a little bit, but not very much.” Seems to me they are trying to upsell services without even a simple consultation first and that’s extremely untrustworthy. I guess they’re banking on their potential clients not doing any prior research. Would not recommend.
