I'm having a bad day already trying to find a place for me to get my toes done, but this place was completely unproffessional. All I wanted was a simple pedicure. She just looked at me and said, "I can't take you", looked to whoever the other person was doing nails, about in whatever language they speak, and then repeated, "I can't take you." Again. I get it if your busy, but at least offer me a waiting time or something.

I knew I made the mistake of going back to this place. The man is not very friendly and acted like he didn't want to do my nails. No one was in there when I walked in, so they weren't busy. I should of asked for the wife. He did a rush job on my nails and was rough. up-charged me on the price. I am always friendly when I go in so his treatment was not necessary. Definitely learned my lesson and should of never given them another try.

Rushed pedicure. 15 minutes not long enough. Very disappointed. Place was very clean. Would have liked to had a good experience. It was more like a pedicure demonstration. ?

I wouldn’t even give this place one star but unfortunately I have to. I came in for a pedi today with my girlfriend and her mother and grandmother . I told them I wanted the $25 pedi and because I chose gel polish they charged me $45 ?
They are a ripoff! The man working was very rude and disrespectful from the start.
He was rude to my friend and bc she has eczema he told her she couldn’t get the wax pedi. Then when he walked away and my friend thought he was done. The lady told her to sit down and did the wax treatment on her. We was very confused.
Then I asked if I could possibly get my nails done and I was told no, that they didn’t do nails. Then watched a lady stroll in and get her nails done.
Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to hands down. We will never be back. I don’t see this place staying open for very long at all.

When I walked in the store. There were no customers inside. The man who approached was super rude. He kept asking me what color over, and over again while I was trying to select a color. He didn't give me a chance to look. He was trying to rush me. I don't know why. There were no other customers. I finally said forget it. I'm not giving you my business, and walked out

I will never return here.
First, the positives: it was clean and well set-up.
Other than that, I had a terrible experience. Their customer service is severely lacking. Despite the "walk-ins welcome" sign, they told me they did not have time for me and asked me to return at 3:30 (4 hours later). I made the appointment and came back on time.
I was seated at a station and left for 10 minutes before they began to remove the previous gel manicure. I was then left with my fingers soaking in cups of acetone for 10 minutes while the person helping me finished someone else's nails. Then he went to the back room for a bit and walked past me to go outside for a cigarette while I was waiting! I asked him if he could take care of me first before going outside, at which time he and another of the workers began to yell at me that I needed to let my fingers soak and to stop rushing them.
Nevertheless, he begrudgingly did my nails. The polish job was okay but not great.
At the end, I requested a bit of lotion because my hands were dry from the acetone which he gave me after I asked a second time. While I was putting it on, he told me "You can go now" because he had someone else waiting. I wondered if it was a language barrier, but my sister was with me and commented on how nasty he was being.
While the place may be cleaner than other places around, the customer service is not worth the whopping $25 they charged me for a simple gel french polish--no filing, cutting or cuticle treatment included.
Perhaps mine was an isolated experience, but I cannot in good conscience send people I like here.

I never leave reviews but yesterday I went to this salon to get a French manicure for a trip next week. Jackie used a big, dirty rough grit nail file and went to it on my natural nails while looking around the room and talking to other customers. When she started painting clumpy tips and rushing me, I told her it was bumpy and I needed it to look very professional. She said my fingernails are bumpy and held up my fingernail that was damaged in first grade. She didn’t fix anything so I asked her to take it off. She was rude throughout the process and charged me $12 for her trouble. I won’t be back.
