Very disappointed! I get a pedicure every 4 weeks and decided to try Hollywood Nails. Not friendly, and the lady I got kept having to put my feet back in the water due to 3 of my toes bleeding where she cut them. The next day my big toe was red and swollen and the rest sore. Naturally I won't be going back.

Awful, No one Sid hello when i arrived.then father 5 or so minutes i was told to sit. I went to first pedi chair as it filled the after starting getting HOT! I pulled my feet out an then was asked is it too hot and a women turned it off it did not add cooler water. She then began trimming my toe nails bad then digging in to the sides and top. I pulled and gasp 4 times. Finally i moved to a chair to get a fill. The guy was very unfriendly and didn’t speak the entire time except to give me orders. Also, only take cash which they should have mentioned when i made the appointment. Entire experience was terrible i will not be going back! Learn how to smile!!!!!

Still doing a fantastic job. Was in town visiting my dad. Me and my daughter needed our toes done. Always a great experience. Very clean and welcoming.

hello! told them my toe nails were already short they continued to file them so short that they are swollen raw and infected. payed way to much money to get an infection ?

i never write complaints but this was just an awful experience and now it hurts for me to walk.

I go there everytime I am in Florida. Always friendly my nails are always done right and look great. He doesn't rush to get finished . Just an all around great place to go. And the prices are very good.

The quality is ok. I went twice then thought "why am I paying $30 for a gel polish change?"
I have natural nails, with gel polish. I went in for a manicure with gel. The manicure is totally non existent no cuticles, no lotion, no nothing, just take off the old polish sqirt oil on cutical, rub in yourself and wash, then they put on new gel. They didn't even need to cut them. So I went in once and asked the lady "how much for a gel polish change?" She NEVER looked at me and said "$30" I walked out, I never went back.
I understand that EVERYTHING has skyrocketed in price whether it needs to or not but for what you get, it's like a chore instead of pampering. I'm back to Au Natural.

December 2022- came to Hollywood nails to get my nails done and did not receive service. They had a cash only policy and didn’t have rhinestones and couldn’t do the design that I was seeking. Came because someone said it was the best nail shop in homosassa, I beg to differ. Only three workers working on a Friday. Had people waiting. Came for an appointment and they were still behind. Mail tech ask me how much I paid for my nails because what I wanted was expensive. I left.

I was a walk-in yesterday. I was greeted with what I wanted and asked how I was paying. I replied cash and pedicure.
They used utensils on me they used on the guy before me and then reused them on the lady next to me. They never changed their gloves, I would have rather them be bare handed and wash their hands.. or at least CHANGE THEIR GLOVES!!! The water was cold at first and I asked for it to be hotter, after adjustment it was barley warm. They didn’t get all my calluses of. I requested this and pointed it out and she ignored me. The paint job was done by a man and is fine. No calf or foot massage, the chairs are very uncomfortable no matter how you adjust them. Paid for a full service and it was the worst pedicure I have ever received.
