Hibiscus Spa is AMAZING! Had a facial with Michelle today which happened to be my first time ever in a spa! She was fantastic, explaining everything she was doing during the facial and putting me at ease. She is also so incredibly friendly!
I highly recommend Michelle and the Hibiscus Spa the next time you are in Clearwater Beach!

Great experience overall. Staff was friendly at check-in and the spa lounge and locker room were nice and clean. My massage therapist was Jose and he was very kind and I felt so relaxed afterwards. Wish I wasn’t just here for a staycation or I’d be coming regularly. Have only ever had one other massage therapist prior that was a man and this was definitely a much better experience!

I just spend the weekend at the Hilton Clearwater Resort for a special event and booked 3 massages at the Hibiscus Spa located at the Hilton. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end with stellar service and a serene spa environment. Jose, Viviana, and Bridget were are massage therapist and each of us thought they went above and beyond in providing a relaxing and therapeutic massage experience. Thank you again for helping to make our celebration weekend special!

My wife and I visited the spa for a couples massage on October 24. Out initial impression of the facility was great…..very nice amenities.
However our 80 minute couples massage experience was far from meeting expectations. While my experience was good, hers was far from that. Her masseuse left the services 3 separate occasions for 4-5 minutes each time because she was coughing. Not relaxing at all and interrupting our service that we were paying $500 for. Not to mention that her phone rang twice during the services as well. After the 3rd time of the masseuse leaving the room, my wife dismissed herself from the room because of the interruptions and did not even get to finish her massage. She got a 40 minute very un-relaxing service at a premium price. I am not knocking the fact the masseuse was not feeling well with allergies or sometime. Perfectly understandable to say “hey very sorry I wasn’t able to give you the service you deserved. But no that was not expressed. In fact we were charged full price minus a 10% discount for the “inconvenience” for an overall horrible experience. As a business owner in the service industry myself this is not acceptable. You make the situation right. You don’t charge someone for an experience like that. Poor customer service!
