I was giving a gift card for Herbal nails and spa Arcadia, so decided to give them a visit. Had a pedicure and a manicure (new set gel polish). I gave them 3 stars because my pedicure was good. Did not get the dead skin off the side of my heels but the bottom was smooth. But the manicure would only get 1 star. The tech did not push back my cuticle, didn’t cut off dead skin around nail beds and the nails are very thick. The nails are not painted all the way on the sides of my nails. I should have said something but didn’t want to complain in front on the gift giver. Cool place but could not recommend.

I visited on August 22nd for a pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was good and is holding up over 24 hours later. However, during my manicure, the technician cut off a chunk from my thumb (see photos). I wasn’t planning to complain or post a review based on just that, the technician was apologetic, but after five hours of wear the gel was bubbling and chipped. I called to ask them to fix it. They agreed. I returned the next day and they said they would fix it *if* I rewrote my review. I agreed and this is the updated post. They said the bubbling and chipping was because of the color and brand I chose, so I had to change the color. They said since I could remove my bandaid my cut couldn’t be “that bad”. They also scolded me for not bringing up the issue during the service the day prior. I reiterated, I didn’t plan to complain about the cut. It was the bubbling and chipping that pushed me to change my mind. For $76 + tip I should walk away with a decent pedicure and manicure (originally $85, they gave me a discount for being a new customer but not for cutting me). I would never return to this spot, and I suggested others traveling with me to go elsewhere. Keeping original photos for reference.

I love how my pedicure turned out i was very comfortable and the lady who did my pedicure was really kind, i was offered complimentary wine that made my experience way more fun and enjoyable. Overall I had a great experience getting my nails done here, i was able to get first time customer discount as well! Thank you! ☺️

The two ladies who did our nails were so nice and friendly plus the environment was comfortable. Jenny who did my nails as shown, did fantastic!!!! Absolutely obsessed with the outcome! They are all very talented and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend this place!!!

This place is beautifully decorated inside and everyone here is really nice and welcoming! The price wasn't bad at all for what I got.. I got an acrylic full set, long coffin with some rhinestones and glitter for $90 total.. that's significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've tried lately. She did a really good job and was very sweet. Well definitely repeat! Thanks ladies!

I have been coming to Herbal Nails for years now. They are always my preferred nail salon. The techs do a phenomenal job. They are attentive and kind. I'm pretty simple when it comes to my nails. I just get gel do it lasts longer since I work a laborious job. It feels so nice to come and be pampered, getting all the dead skin off and massaging and feet and legs. I tend to spend $100 every time I come, including treatment then remainder is tip. There's also a complementary mimosa to drink while you relax.

I showed up 40 mins before they closed on Sunday needing a mani and pedi for a wedding. The ladies took care of me.they offered me a beverage Any services I would need regardless if they closed late.They did an excellent job I will definitely return.
