Wow! Didn't even know this place was here! Hannah listened, then took her time, and gave me the best brow wax I've had in years--and she was very friendly and patient with this new client! ? I was early and while I was waiting, Ashlie made me SO comfortable and chatted with me while I waited. I wish I had been able to get nail services while I was there, just based on how friendly she was! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ EVERYONE there was SO friendly and welcoming, I can't wait to go back! ?

I got my hair lightened, she bleached my hair!!! When she was only supposed to color remove. My scalp was on fire, it was unnecessary considering my blonde roots were grown out. Not only that the only difference between my hair now is that it’s damaged and not lighter at all. I want a refund I’m angry.
Even when I went blonde they didn’t touch my roots, I wanted a color match, how can you color match when you literally dye the roots.

All I wanted was color remover, I’m so angry my hair is so damaged I am crying rn.
I WAS CHARGED $308!!!

Not only that, the lady Lea was nice at first and gradually would get meaner and meaner to me and made condescending remarks.
Apparently she is one of the owners.

Update: I have a headache and my whole scalp still burns, I am considering getting a lawyer

I have been in twice June 2024. They’ve moved to a new spot in same building, beautifully decorated inside too!
Both times I had the same nail tech Ashley who gave me a basic pedicure and then today soak off my GelX manicure. She’s very kind, great work, and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend you go to see her if you get a chance.

I always have a great time at this salon! It’s a pleasant experience and It always the best vibes. My hairdresser Leigha, always communicates and does everything she can to ensure that the outcome is what I want and expect. As a long time customer, I highly recommend this salon!
