I see Teneia for facials and really love how my skin has improved. Her knowledge is great and I trust what she does and the products she uses. First time I went to Teneia I felt at ease, coming from the service industry she knew exactly what type of relief I was looking for with my massage. Her studio is warm, inviting and very clean. She has a great personality and you can tell she cares about her clients. 10/10

I am picky about who gives me a massage. Having said that, Teniea is AMAZING! First off her personality puts you at ease. Second I have arthritis and stress. She was able to get in deep and relax me for the first time in a LONG time. She even gave me a little bit of “mental therapy” with our discussion. If you don’t like her massage then you didn’t need one.

She did such a fantastic job with my lash lift & eyebrow tint. I was so scared it was going to come out too dark but she did such a great job making them look amazing. Very clean & sterile environment as well. Absolutely love her personality & humor! Definitely plan on going back

So glad my husband got me a Self Care Sunday spa treatment for our 1st year anniversary. Teneia was amazing. I felt like 5 hours was going be too long but the time flew by. It started with a massage that was perfectly tailored to my needs, I appreciated that she asked me where I would like the focus during the massage and she focused on all my trouble areas - even some spots I didn’t know need a little extra attention. We then moved on to the body scrub and wrap which was amazing - the wrap was a heated table sauna that warmed up to the perfect temp to infuse the oils into my skin leaving my skin soft and smooth. After the scrub we did a facial. Teneia asked me what I wanted to focus on during my facial and I told her about wrinkles in my forehead and she did such an amazing facial and significantly reduced the appearance of my wrinkles. I was super shocked as this was my first facial ever!! I will definitely be returning. My time with Teneia was a great experience. She was friendly, personable and welcoming - it was like hanging out with a friend. She answered all of my questions and even gave me tons of information on how to care for my muscles and skin care needs. I could go on and on about how awesome my Self Care Sunday was but I can’t praise Teneia and her Heavenly Hands enough.

This was genuinely the best massage I’ve ever had, and Teneia is so personable and fun to talk to! It’s clear that she’s passionate and knowledgeable about what she does, and she did a great job working out some gnarly knots in my shoulder blades! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment ASAP!

I haven’t had a massage in nearly 20 years. I was nervous, but the moment I met Teneia I was instantly at ease. Teneia is extremely knowledgeable, and instead of just going with what I blindly booked online, she took the time to listen to my concerns/needs and we came up with a plan. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole service. It was the best experience I’ve ever had, I was practically asleep towards the end because I was so relaxed. I will definitely be back for more massages and I can’t wait to check out all of her other services. 10/10 - best in the area!

I had a massage and facial here. It was very relaxing, and Teneia was very professional and personable. The ambiance was welcoming and soothing. My back and neck felt significantly better after the session and my face looked rejuvenated. I already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend!
