I specifically told them that I was on a boat overseas with limited to no service after knowing that I didn’t have the capability of canceling through email. They continue to charge me. I’ve been waiting weeks to hear from the owner every time they say he’s gonna reach out to me. He does not Instead of returning the $600. They only offered to give it back in services. Problem is the last three times I’ve gotten my eyelashes there. I’ve had to have them redo it. They’re over exaggerated way too long and ugly. Quite frankly I tried to be nice and even ask them can I put that money towards other services? They never responded they have yet to respond as to my missing money. They have not cooperated with me in this situation at all whatsoever. All they did was try to keep me as a client and try their hardest to not return any of my money. The girl who runs the front desk Maya tells me over and over again that the owner will contact me and he never does. You would think as a client for years you wouldn’t go through this. I wouldn’t trust this establishment I wouldn’t go to this establishment. Their service is terrible. Their customer service is terrible and their professionalism is terrible.

I was a long time customer here until they started their scam. They asked you to sign up for a A membership they tell you that it’s easy to do you can sign up. It will save you money and you can cancel it anytime I left for four months to go to Europe and ask them to pause my membership instead they charge me each month. I have $600 in charges that they will not return and that they continue to charging monthly. I don’t know if they are having a hard time making their rent and that’s why they’re deciding to steal from customers, but please beware and do not let them have your credit card information.

I’ve been coming here on and off for years and never had a bad experience until now.
I made an appointment for lash extensions, they booked me with a girl named Alla. When I arrived I showed her a picture as reference for the style of lashes I wanted which was a cat eye style and I specified I wanted the lashes way shorter than in the picture. The girl does not speak English and by her blank stare I could tell she didn’t understand what I was saying. The front desk girl came over and translated in Russian and it appeared she understood. I must’ve said the word short and shorter 10 times before starting the extensions. Two hours later when I got up the eyelashes were completely the opposite of what I had asked for. Extremely long, thick and exaggerated! I told her that they were too long and I did not like them - she didn’t understand so I then called the receptionist again and told her the same thing.
I paid $185 plus $15 tip so $200 for something I did not ask for nor liked.
They agreed to “fix it”
I was scheduled 3 days later!
When I returned I asked to speak to the owner Inna which has known me for years and she said I could either remove them and lose the $185 or they would do a new set but would charge me for it!
They literally laughed in my face when I asked for a refund and said it’s not her fault her employee didn’t understand when I said shorter and I stated that it is not my fault that she hired someone who speaks only Russian and doesn’t understand English. The whole thing was ridiculous. She took zero accountability nor any initiative to resolve the problem. I was so disappointed that after all the years of being a loyal customer despite the crazy increases she makes every few months she didn’t think twice to take my money and send me off unhappy for something that was totally not my fault. I will never go back there nor recommend anyone anymore. I left that place ended up getting the lashes removed at another salon and paid an additional $60 to have them taken off.
Also all the other lash aestheticians she has employed don’t speak or understand English. The receptionist is the only one who does.
I believe they are going through a money crisis and they are scamming their clients for it! This could happen to anyone else. Please be aware of this salon. I do not recommend coming here!
Inna - please save your time responding back with a fake apology or twist the story to make yourself seem good online.

Inna is the best lash tech I’ve ever had. I’m always in love with my lashes and she’s so gentle when doing them. I highly recommend this place for any of your needs, specifically lashes. The staff is amazing and so are the lash techs! Whenever I need a recharge I do a massage with Vlada and red light therapy after. Truly the best salon in Miami

Professional stuff, very friendly, attentive with every client concern, trying to reach the best result! Alesya is amazing therapist, working hard to get perfect result. I bought 12 procedures package with her. We almost done. I’m very happy with the result. Dmitrij also very professional massage therapist. I’ve tried a couple times his massages! Owners are very nice and attentive, keeping place clean and neat with nice relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this place!
