Kim was amazing! She spent a fair amount of time chatting with me about my daily routines, preferences, and history. She explained what she would like to do before cutting, then gave me a full education on hair care and cuts while she was cutting. It was fascinating to learn about the angles and concepts! My hair has changed since I let my gray grow out and Kim educated me on its care. I left feeling so good - with a great cut and the confidence to take care of my hair after!

Headliner’s is by far the most professional salon I have ever been to. The front desk is incredibly organized and professional. I recently became a client on the spa side of the salon for massages. Ray is very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Looking forward to many more services.

I had a great experience with Lindsey! She did my prom hair (balayage) She is so sweet and handled my hair with care. I recommend Headliner everyone is so welcoming and polite. And, great pricing for everything!

My close friend had an unfortunate haircut experience here. They went back multiple times and tried to get it corrected only for it to come out worse than expected, even with a reference photo. Moreover, the store management doesn’t offer any additional assistance other than ANOTHER correction. Why would you want to get corrected at the hair salon that ruined your original haircut? Please be advised that if you don’t like your haircut, they will offer minimal to no sufficient assistance.

Booking was easy and I appreciated the call reminders and easy rescheduling. Melanie R was fantastic! She NAILED my cut and style. I'm picky but not very descriptive and she did everything perfect. Melanie was warm, friendly, professional, and had a great balance of conversation (I got sleepy at one point and she let me be instead of trying to force conversation). Can't wait to go back!
