Rachel at Head2Toes is amazing! I am sooo happy with my permanent eyeliner. Rachel is a perfectionist and worked with extreme precision, skill and care to add my eyeliner which turned out perfectly. I LOVE the way it looks, but the best thing is that I no longer have to waste precious time every morning applying eyeliner, since it never smears. Also I no longer have dark smudges below my eyelashes after sweating or getting teary or watery eyes. Rachel is very experienced and is the best there is at adding permanent eyeliner. And she is also a very nice person who can advise you on improving your appearance in other ways as well!

My fiancé bought me a Groupon for permanent eyeliner from this salon. First, I texted the phone number and asked
about making an appointment. I was told to make an appointment online. I made an appointment online and then I texted just to let them know that I had a Groupon. I received a call that the person who had
my appointment didn’t take Groupon and then I was told that they would call and cancel the Groupon. So they did that and I requested a refund as well. Still have not received the refund. Then I spoke to the owner and made an appointment for today, got a call that the owner Rachel wasn’t feeling well and she wanted to reschedule my appointment. I asked what happened to Jasmine. My appointment was supposed to be with Jasmine then all the sudden jasmine isn’t taking Groupons either. This salon just seemed like a ruckus from the get go. It says nothing in the Groupon website about only one person taking Groupon. I understand someone not feeling well, that’s fine but to bounce me around several times is not acceptable. I promptly canceled today. Not professional.
