The massage was so relaxing, we fell asleep during ? then we enjoyed the couples shower after our massage. Great job to you and your team.

How amazing is this place! First time visiting and I will absolutely be back! You are given a locker with an amazing robe and shoes. They have 2 rain showers with all the amenities you need. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, blow dryer, combs and even deodorant if you want! They also have a sauna. Jess did my massage it was absolutely lovely. Asking along the way if I was comfortable and if anything needed to be adjusted.

I’ve been trying to speak to the owners since October 9 to resolve this prior to leaving a review. Most recently I was given an email address and my email has still gone I responded to.

Here is my email of my complaint:

Hello. I have been trying to reach someone for a month to discuss my experience at your facility.

On October 9 we purchased a couples "Scents of Hawaii" 2 hour package. As you know, it carries a hefty price tag of $600 for that service.

I want to preface by saying that the staff was all very friendly.

However, we feel like we have almost been robbed with what we paid and what we received. It doesnt even come close to the quality we were expecting for a $600 service.

To start, our therapists looked like you stuck your head out the door and asked the strangers on the street if anyone wanted to give massages for you today. One was dressed in jeans and a shirt, which looked decent. The other was wearing raggedy workout clothes and looked like she just rolled out of bed. I am astonished that with a $600 service and something that is supposed to be relaxing and luxurious, that the staff cant even have so much as matching t shirts? Very unprofessional ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE YOU ARE CHARGING.

Once we started things seemed ok but again, not what was expected. The description says that while the clay mask dries, we will get a good foot and scalp massage. My foot massage was not even a massage. Both my wife and i thought the "foot massage" was just an application of the clay to our feet. There was no relaxing or satisfying massage whatsoever. Same with the scalp. it was the lightest and most non-effort massage we have ever received.

We spent a good majority of our 2 hour service being ushered to the shower and waiting for our therapists to return for us. We specifically booked the 2 hour service upon the suggestion of the staff so that there would be time for a full 1 hour massage.

The therapists did a good job on the actual massage portion of the service. However we arrived at the time we were supposed to and still, our massages ended 15 minutes prior to our 2 hour mark giving us only a 45 minute massage.

Aside from these things, overall we just do not feel like we were given a service that was deserving of a $600 price tag. Not even close.

I have been trying to reach out for a month in hopes to settle this with you directly prior to leaving an honest review.

Please let me know how we can resolve this.

Me and my boyfriend got a massage and hot rock treatment from here. The experience was amazing ? I would definitely come back. Christine and Phillip were so attentive. Such a beautiful treat to be able to do a couples massage. You guys went over and beyond to make our anniversary special! Thank you so much ?

Astro vibes.. I always feel like I’m having an outer body experience no matter what treatment or massage I’m getting! Amazing staff and wonderful customer service. The products are organic/vegan, all natural and smell superb! The shower jets feel amazing! I love this place so much I became a member…happier than ever!!!?✨

I was pleasantly surprised when my boyfriend treated me to a few services. Though I had been hesitant to try something like this before, I have to say the spa experience was truly amazing.

From the warm welcome at the front desk when we arrived to the massage therapist who performed our couples massage, everyone was excellent at explaining things and putting my mind at ease. My back is usually quite sensitive, so I had some reservations, but those quickly faded with each moment. I also received a wonderful facial from a skilled esthetician.

My significant other tried this place out and when he was paying he went to add gratuity and they told him he HAD to tip $30. It was mandatory! You should be able to pick the amount you want to tip. Tips are for service and if the service isn’t great, you shouldn’t be forced to tip more than you want to. Anyway, they got the $30 but will lose out on a lot more than that since we would never come back and give them any more money.
