went in today and was in and out within 20 mins. I reserved an appointment slot online. Upon entering I was greeted and checked in. Insurance and ID was copied and before I could even sit down. The MA took me to the room and got me right in. Granted this was a Monday mid morning and not weekend but, I’ve never ever been seated so quickly in my life. Wait time for the Dr. was maybe 5 minutes. Questions were answered and I left. Very easy. Office space is open and very modern.

I may have hit the perfect time on midday monday but there was no wait for me to get my cut finger looked at (which bothered my wife more than me). They were friendly and efficient, cleaning my wound and said I didn’t need stitches and glued it up, consoling my wife. This is my new local choice for urgent care!

This was not an emergency. I was advised to seek care at a walk-in clinic because of the months long wait for my PMD.
This Urgent care was very clean and modern. The staff - as pleasant as they come!
The MD, a good listener and sympathetic to my situation. His reassurance meant a great deal to me.
