I usually love this place. But my pedicure was awful today. The lady was usually rough and just would snatch my feet around. She was pissed because I didn't want to spend the extra $15 on gel polish. They she got the polish on her nails and hands. She proceeded to clean her hands off first and then clean up my toes. I had to even point out that there was polish on the skin halfway up my big toe. And they messed up the polish on the 2nd toe. I did not have tome to go back and have them fix it. The guy that did my set was amazing! He took the time and made sure I liked it. He was also gentle. The eyebrow waver was also amazing. That older lady needs to learn how to treat people.
EDIT:MY FOOT IS BRUISED FROM THE AMOUNT OF PULLING AND TWISTING ON MY RIGHT FOOT!

I’ve been here a few times never happy with my nails always saying I’ll never be back. I didn’t want to drive far to my favorite nail salon yesterday, so decided to give them another shot, since they are so close to home.
Bad idea.
My toe is so sore today after a pedicure.
The tech dug so hard around my toe nail, it’s now all red and swollen. Hurts to wear tennis shoes. I’m not happy.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I Had a pedicure there last Thursday and the nail tech was entirely too rough with my big toe. It was fine that day but the next day my toe was red and inflamed. Almost a week later and I’m going to the doctor for antibiotics because it’s infected. I went by there today to show them my toe and ask for a refund. The First Lady tried to say it was my fault, that my shoes were too tight after getting it done. To which I told her I wore the little cheap flip flops out. She didn’t want to help at all. There were two other women that came over and They wouldn’t listen and just continued to speak to each other. Said they couldn’t do a refund then said they would give me a gift card. I told her I would never come back there and walked out. Not to mention they messed up my friends nails and toes the day we were there and wouldn’t listen to her either. Terrible service.

I have been coming to this salon since December of 2023 & I won’t go anywhere else! They are always so sweet, so welcoming, helpful, and will give their opinion/will get closest to what I’m looking for! I have gotten Chi who is always great and Jenny who just did this blue ombré who I will now be going to on a regular basis! The place is always so clean & beautiful & the family atmosphere is so amazing! One of the little girls just came up and gave me the biggest hug the other day. I love this place ♥️

I took my granddaughter 10 days ago to get her nails and toes done along with mine .Ryan did my toes they are Amazing. A new person did my gel polish i have had it on for 10 days and it looks like trash . The reason I went with gel is to avoid this look. No pricing anywhere make it up as they go

Charge different each time, nails don’t last, & they’re rude …..I thought this place was good but it’s issue after issue. Stopped in once to get my eyebrows waxed and the tech was making fun of them right in front of me to co-workers. I got this dipped set on a Friday, had to have them fixed Monday and the lady who fixed them was rude and argued that her tech dipped them enough times even though you can see how thin they are. They chipped again that very afternoon. They’re nearly all chipped and it hasn’t even been a week. Do not go there save your money and go somewhere better & cheaper.

Tina is amazing!!! Very friendly and meticulous. Her design skills are flawless. I'm really selective with my nails and she is really experienced and knows how to do everything. The salon is so beautiful and the staff is so welcoming. You need to have your nails done here❤
