I am not one to leave bad reviews because I understand people have bad days. I went to Hannah’s because they had great reviews and my normal salon was not open. With what I do for work, I decided to remove my acrylic nails because I had already broken one and two were cracked. I went in and asked if they could remove the acrylic that was left. They seemed very irritated that I did not want any other service. After soaking my nails, while they were drilling/filing the residue off it felt like they had burnt almost every one of my nails by keeping the bit on the same spot for too long. Usually I don’t mind, but it happened with each finger. I was charged $10 and tipped another $10 because I understand that it wasn’t much of a service and felt bad but didn’t want to pop my own nails off and cause damage. Usually I have great service here. My sister and I come regularly for pedicures but I was not impressed today.

Nails are always done with precision and expertise. I get the dipped color on my natural nails. Usually in & out in an hour and perfect. I am fussy about thickness & natural shaping, they do amazing!!

Hannah did a fabulous job as always. She pays attention to every detail. You never feel rushed and they take excellent care of your needs. The shop is always clean and neat and everyone are very friendly.
