Dr. Baez has been my doctor since 2018. I can’t recommend a better doctor in area. He is my favorite doctor by far! Doctor Baez cares about his patients on a level I’ have not seen from any other doctor in the area. Most doctors seem to be burned out from my experience. Not Dr. Baez, he is like a breath of fresh air every time I see him. He has helped me make a lot of hard decisions. Much easier with his knowledge. I trusted him 100% in every Procedure I have had.

Visited Dr. Baez, yesterday and once again...HE WAS SUPERB!!! This doctor is BRILLIANT! He will do ALL he can do to make you comfortable and pain-free! He is not one to immediately diagnose surgery as some doctors do. He is MORE concerned with trying to relieve your pain without surgery! He is PHENOMENAL!

Dr. Baez came HIGHLY recommended from my primary doctor! My primary was ABSOLUTELY correct--> Dr. Baez AND his staff are THE BEST!!!! Dr. Baez is VERY knowledgeable and does EVERYTHING in his power to make you feel comfortable! He makes you leave feeling like "YOU MATTER"! He was SO OUTSTANDING that I referred my husband! He is NOW taking care of BOTH of us!!! If you need to see a hand specialist, HE'S YOUR GO-TO-DOCTOR!!

This office is AMAZING, we can’t say enough good things about the care my son received here. From Melissa at the front greeting us and helping my newly 18 year old get acquainted with the office, to the medical assistants in the back (Amber and a brunette), we felt comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Baez was very informative and answered all of our questions. He reviewed the X-ray we brought in and the urgent care report. He ordered a STAT MRI, and gave us an honest idea of what would likely be the outcome. He understood our surgical worries and our concerns as my son is on delayed enlistment for the Navy and ships out in July. Christian at check out worked up our insurance to get our prior authorization done in less than a week! When we returned for the follow up and MRI results, the same customer service was seen and felt. Thankfully my son won’t need surgery at this time. I feel confident in recommending this practice to anyone in Clay or Duval needing hand and wrist care. Thank you again!

I suffered a traumatic hand injury that could have jeopardized my career, but Dr. Curtis expertly operated on it, restoring it back to excellent function and strength. I feel incredibly lucky that he was the one to operate on me and cannot recommend him enough. He is a miracle worker! Also, his team is highly professional and helpful. You never feel unheard or uneducated about the process you're going through. They always take the time to explain what they're doing and why they're doing it. 5/5 stars all around.

I was having pain and numbness in both my hands. Schedule an appointment with Dr. Baez and was very pleased with my result. He gave me an injection for my carpal tunnel which gave me relief. I was impressed with the beautiful office, wait time was minimal, office staff was pleasant. Dr. Baez was very hands on, explained my condition and gave me options. Great bedside manners. Would highly recommend.
