Only been twice so far. The first time it was a full hour, as advertised. The second time it took less than 50 minutes which was a little disappointing since I paid for membership.

If you include add-ons, it does not add on to your time but it just enhances your service within that hour.
The masseuses are very knowledgeable and friendly.

UPDATE: After reading my Google review, the upper management reached out to me and offered an apology and a credit for a massage/facial. Again the therapist and aesthetician were both amazing. I appreciate that they reached out to me to correct the situation.

I will no longer be using Hand and Stone Massage and Facial. Nothing against their therapist or anesthetician, it’s the management. I verified my gift card BEFOE booking my appointments for a massage and facial. Somehow my facial credit was removed when paying for my service. After speaking with manager, I was offered a credit for aromatherapy not for the facial that was supposed to be on the card. That’s $100 difference that they would not honor.
Poor customer service for sure.

I came in today to hand & stone for my first massage in years. I was definitely impressed! The atmosphere was very relaxing and stress free and beautiful! Taylor did an amazing job! She was absolutely phenomenal and passionate and patient. Caroline was amazing at the front desk assisting me with different options!Thanks for the amazing opportunity with your office ! can’t wait until my next appointment! ❤️

I purchased a gift card for my sister for her birthday for a massage. She scheduled her appointment for a massage and on the day of the massage she was on her way and was told that the tech had an emergency so She would have to reschedule for the next day. She was told by Victoria that she would get an upgrade for the inconvenience. Once she arrived and was taken into the spa area, she was told by the technician that she was getting a facial. I contacted them to try to understand why they would give her a facial after she booked a massage. I spoke with someone who actually made the second reservation, but not the first. Needless to say, I did not get anything except oh, sorry that happened. She was charged an extra $10 for the facial and never received the upgrade for the inconvenience of having to be rescheduled at the last minute. Needless to say, I'm just disappointed.

I took the bait and joined their membership and every appt scheduled for the last couple months since I joined has been canceled. This has been the worst experience. I drove all the way to their office last month and was there on time for them to call me before getting out of my truck and canceled. Yesterday canceled. We get penalized for being late, canceling or no show, but rhe already paid customer gets what for multiple cancelations? Fair is fair, no matter how you spin it. Our real life circumstances don't matter, you still cut our time for being late and still charge full price! I'm so sick of this place!

This was the first time I've been to this place (Fleming) and I was very disappointed in the massage I received here. I booked a massage with an aromatherapy head massage add-on. When I got talked to the masseuse (Jason) I requested to change it to the cold stone face because I was having sinus issues, he had to check with the front desk and they said I could not change, even though both services were the same price. On the intake form I requested extra attention on calves and feet, he spent maybe 5 minutes on both calves and 2 minutes on both feet together. He spent way too much time on my back and never did the scalp massage (which I requested and paid extra for) at all because "he ran out of time".? WTH I've never had a massage where they don't give a scalp massage unless you specifically ask not to have it. He also seemed very unsure of himself and the massage was very disconnected, meaning it didn't flow, it was choppy. He also didn't come to get me until right at the time my massage was supposed to start, then he went to ask them about changing the add-on which took time and he took a long time to come back to the room after he left for me to get on the table. All of this cut into my massage time so I would be lucky if I got 35 minuets. When I left I spoke to the girl at the counter who offered no help at all. As I said, very disappointing and I will not return. Definitely won't be recommending Hand & Stone.

Terrible management and customer service. They were better when I began a membership with them a few years back. I’m not sure if they are under new management but they have gone down hill. I would NOT Recommend.

(Update 3/26/24) I unfortunately do not have the ability to respond to the below message. I have already attempted to contact the number below and the manager would not speak with me. She (Brittney) had the front desk screen her calls, and I was informed she was in a meeting. I have yet to receive a return call. They were hesitant to even reveal her name, which is odd for any establishment. This leads me to believe there are frequent complaints under this management which wouldn’t surprise me. I have been a member for a few years and I’ve never had any complications until now. I have never encountered Such Unprofessionalism. I appreciate the below suggestion. unfortunately, the person paying for a service to have the below responses sent, and the person providing said responses care more about reputation and customer service than the staff they employ do.

Went to Hand and Stone in Fleming island for the first time. All employees were amazing. Positive vibes, very friendly. I had a male massage therapist for the first time (Elliot). He is amazing! Down to earth, calming, professional. He made me feel safe, comfortable and relaxed! Very happy with my experience 🙂
