I moved here in Key West just a little over a year ago and I knew that I was going to have an extremely hard time finding a new hairstylist that I will like. I was right when I had tried 2 different hairstylists. I was skeptical about looking online and searching for the ones who has very good reviews because I thought they maybe 'paid' review if you know what I mean. Then I thought I give it a try. I found Hair Styles by Nancy. I read all the reviews and something's telling me to pick this one. It was a great decision because I love my new haircut! From the moment I walked into her salon yesterday I knew I was in the right place. Nancy is very nice and welcoming. Right away on the phone when I made my appointment, I could sense that she is very confident of her skills and knowledgeable when it comes to hair. She listened to my expectations and she made her recommendations as to what she saw and what she could do to improve my hair. She wants to make sure that everything that is done is to expectations of the client. Once she was done I was extremely happy with the outcome. I will definitely continue to see her and I will recommend her. I am looking forward to my next haircut visit again.

Through recommendations from several women in the Keys, I started going to Nancy 3 winters ago. I needed someone to keep my hair looking good while we spend time in the Keys during the winter months. These recommendations turned out to be a great blessing. Nancy is the best hair stylist I have ever been to. She has studied my face and designed my hair to enhance it. She has mixed several colors together to make my color match my skin. She uses wonderful products and they make a great difference in manageability. I have to text her in late fall before our trip down south in order to get my appointments set. She is very busy and well loved by all. If I could take her home in my suitcase to Ohio I would.

As others have commented, Nancy isn’t just an awesome Stylist AND person, she is all about the “health” of your hair. I finished my first appt. with gorgeous healthy looking hair. Once you sit in Nancy’s chair you will absolutely want HER as your permanent stylist! You can PLAN on receiving a wonderful, pampered, informative, experience along with beautiful hair.! One Note to snowbirds-make your appointments a few months early if you know when you need your hair done. She books up cause the word is out! If you don’t have an appointment already don’t hesitate to stop in and meet Nancy. she’ll take ur name/number and may have a cancellation. You will Not be disappointed!

Nancy is terrific. I came to her after a bad experience cutting my own hair (won’t try that again!), and she performed a miracle.

She is clearly talented, and she’s confident in her skills. She didn’t even bat an eye when she saw the mess I’d made after chopping off four inches of my own hair. And, she was able to cut it dry - which requires the hands of a TRUE pro! Plus, she is friendly and keeps you entertained while she works.

I felt like a new person when I left. Best stylist in the lower keys!
