I went on Saturday, 12 October to get a copper brown balayage. I got Justin as my stylist, and he was very nice and friendly. But in the first hour he seemed very frustrated, which made me so nervous and I should’ve know then stopped but I didn’t, hoping for the best.
I took an inspirational picture which showed exactly what I wished for.
I don’t know what this is called, but the back of my head is full of thick highlights, nothing light in the front but minimum baby lights under a thick red color. I have streaks in the back from the bleach as you can see in my pictures.
I went today to get it fixed for them to just cover it up with a darker color and my root color almost black. The last picture I posted of my darker hair is them fixing it to just make it look the way I had it when I came in only DARKER!! I cried while I was on a chair and getting my hair dried!!. I thought the reviews were good for the most part but now that I’m putting my own review and I’m digging deep into more reviews, I can see why the stars are so low.
I know they’re students but at this point I would have expected a bit better.

Very disappointed! The students were great and they were extremely meticulous about their work, did not have any issue with them. I am very upset with the instructor's color direction. I came in as a blonde and left with an indescribable color. I asked for blonde highlights to cover my dark roots and the final product was all of my hair being the color of my dark roots. When I informed the instructor that the color was too dark, I was told that it would eventually wash out. Will now need to pay to have this fixed!!

I went to hair professionals today & had an amazing experience! My hair professional was Leanna.
She did an absolute perfect job on my hair.
I came in not sure what I wanted & she directed me in the right direction.
Definitely so happy with my service! Will definitely be visiting there again soon!

I’m a recent esthetics student graduate at hair pros and if you are thinking about attending i couldn’t recommend it more! I absolutely loved my time here and miss alicia was an amazing instructor. I feel prepared for what waits ahead ?

Mimi did a phenomenal job with my hair! I came in wanting a caramel balayage, and I left the salon with the biggest smile on my face. The result was absolutely stunning—beautiful, professional salon quality. Mimi is the reason I’ll keep coming back. I absolutely love her work!

Sammie took the challenge when I asked for calico colors on my hair and did an awesome job planning and executing it. It came out exactly how I imagined. She cut, colored, and gave me a manicure. I will be returning to this place!
