First off, I have to say I received a great haircut, Scott did a great job even though he was NOT allowed to give me the Haircut I wanted.

I am working in Springfield for a short time and really needed a shave and haircut.
I was told this was the place to go, great atmosphere (true), cold beer (true), and professional Barbers (Scott was for sure).
Trouble was I couldn't get some barbershop services at the Barbershop.........

I first walked in and there were only 2 clients getting cuts, quite a few barbers were available. I was directed to the desk to check-in, proceeded to do so and asked for a cut and shave.
I was told they only do shaves by appointment, I asked for an appointment while looking at a mostly empty shop with only 2 clients. I was told I that the earliest appt was tomorrow.........because the towels were not heated. I asked how long it would take to heat towels and I would wait. Was told they couldn't do that........even though they weren't busy.
I decided to get the haircut and just have them take my beard down with the trimmer and I could shave back at the hotel. (This is the first lost star).

I go over and sit in Scott's chair, ask for a Flat Top cut, #1 on the sides, and just trim my beard down with the trimmer. I'm told they are NOT allowed to do a Flat Top Not sure I heard him correctly, but he confirms that the Barbers are not allowed to do a Flat Tops. (Second Star lost).

I have no problem paying a premium price for premium goods and services but in this case I received Super Cuts service for a premium price.
Anyway, Scott, thank you for your professional attitude.

Jeremy and the gang are always on point! After my last haircut I walked outside to discover I had a flat tire. With no jack to change it, Jeremy rushed inside to get the other barbers Ben, Scott,Brent,Josh and hell even Logan came out to lift my car while the chick from the front desk changed my flat! Super nice staff that offer the best haircuts in town! Don’t hesitate to go here!

Absolute best! These guys are the best around. We travel about an hour to get there but it's 100% worth it. Best hair cuts my 2 sons have ever gotten, and as they say, the only ones who get it right. This has to be one of the only true barbershops left! If you're not already going here, you're missing out! Plus it has a true authentic atmosphere! Seriously it's a 12 out of 10

Worst haircut I have ever received. I have 0 years of experience and have been able to cut my hair better in the past. Instead of checking throughout, I was shown at the end when my hair was cut to short. It looks like a Mohawk rather than a fade. Embarrassed to walk around while my hair grows back.
