Very professional and very clean barbershop I was very impressed with the customer service and staff is very welcoming & friendly If you are looking for a sharp haircut and a great service you must visit Hair & Art Shop ask for Ralph he is gonna get you right hands down.

Been going there for over a year and the first half of it was good. Then my barber was consistently showing up 10-20 minutes late for multiple appointments and they started charging far too much for a very simple haircut. The last time I went, the barber canceled the appointment and ghosted me. I then got an appointment at another barbershop a few days later and was immediately and very professionally shown that I got ringworm from hair and art. Avoid, they do not clean their tools.

I've been going to Ralph for a while now, and I can't recommend him enough! He always does an awesome job with my haircut and styling—every single time. He’s incredibly punctual with appointments, which I really appreciate. The shop itself is always clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I've been living in Crystal Lake for 4 years and had no idea this place was across the street from me. I had Raul, and he did an amazing job. He took his time and was precise and accurate with his craft. Best haircut I've had in a long time, and I will be back.
