I used to love this place, but the overall quality is now utterly terrible. It’s extremely unsanitary, and the quality of their work is no better than what my toddler could provide. The last few times I’ve gone in, my pedicure has looked awful and “undone”. The paint bottles are empty and dry and I don’t know why they don’t throw them away and replace them once they are no longer of use.
The entire salon looks incredibly dingy and there is nail “dust” all over their floors.
When I got French tips a few months ago, they wouldn’t do what I asked as I was told it would look stupid to not have super long nails. I was paying for it so if I wanted to look “stupid” that’s my prerogative. I could tell that the gal doing my nails was irritated and simply didn’t want to be doing her job, so my nails were rushed and they all peeled off within 6 days ($85). They also looked terrible but I didn’t say anything as she was already so hostile and rushed. I went back one more time yesterday, with an appointment being made the day before, and they said they didn’t have time for me to do the pedicure and manicure that was scheduled. The place was literally empty. I got my pedicure (which looks awful, $55) and when it was time to go to the manicure station, the lady said I have to come back the next day as she ran out of time. The same lady then began watching Netflix on her phone at the manicure station…
My mom was with me and couldn’t believe what she saw. I had to wait for them to finish my mom’s manicure, and she just watched the nail woman who was supposed to be doing mine, watching shows on her phone. My mom was shocked as well. Neither of us will be returning to this nail salon. All of the good nail techs quit one-by-one, and now all that is left is a filthy, low-quality place.

The good: cash discount, didn’t make my feet bleed, nice ladies, pretty good ingrown toenail removal.

The bad: flip flops looked like they’d been used before, lady lied about being able to do French tips and would’ve left me with a train wreck if not for the nice older lady who kinda saved the day (but they still look pretty whack), questionable utility cleanliness, football game in the big screen(?) at a nail salon? And toenail shape also kinda weird for being “professionally done….”

Here visiting family, so def not making this a regular place. We were able to walk in, but were “lucky” bc lots of ladies after us had to wait hour plus.

Grand Nails Spa 2 never disappoints! The atmosphere is so relaxing and the technicians are highly skilled. I got a pedicure and it was the best I've ever had. The massage chairs are a nice touch too. I'll definitely be coming back regularly!

I had the most relaxing time at the nail salon yesterday. The classic manicure was perfect, with the technician paying close attention to every detail. The pedicure started with a warm foot soak that melted away my stress. The exfoliating scrub and hydrating mask left my feet feeling refreshed and silky smooth. The foot massage was out of this world, providing deep relaxation. The salon's atmosphere was serene and calming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I walked out with beautiful nails and a renewed spirit.
