Cindy was great first time going to her and I don't regret it. She is sweet passionate and loves what she does so you know your in good hands. She takes pride in making you feel comfortable and explaining products for your hair and what you can do to improve the over all health of your hair to give you more confidence.

I scheduled an appointment with Goldiloxx on January 12th at 11:45 am. When I arrived I got a bad impression. The door wasn't open yet so I had to wait outside. Upon entering the salon, there was the distinct smell of burnt hair or plastic. I wanted my hair to be toned and bleached in preparation of dyeing my hair purple . If you have social anxiety, STAY AWAY. Cynthia came across as stuck up and really RUDE.

The cost of the service was more than the website suggested. Cynthia said, "I can't do a half-backside job" when I said I only needed a bleach and tone and I'd dye at home. She was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Cynthia then said she couldn't refund my money, "I can't return your $150, you might as well get it done". She tried pressuring me into getting the service which resulted in me having a massive anxiety attack. I didn't use her service, because I was so upset. I left the salon in tears. THE WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have thick straight hair and I have never walked out of a salon as confident as i did here. She listened carefully to what i wanted and knew exactly what i was asking for and dealing with my hair texture. Will most definitely come back as my only hair stylist, thank you cynthia!

Went for blue highlights. It was very tricky. Lots of hours which I expected. Top came out a little lighter though. Total cost was about $500. Very expensive. I do love the work on their IG posts but mine was just ok def expected what I see on their social media. Not worth what I had to spent. They have nice costumer service.
