I found Shauna based on her reviews that mentioned her knowledge of female hormones & fertility. After a pregnancy loss, my hormones & cycle just could not recover on their own. After many months, the only solution offered by my doctors was birth control, so I declined and looked into acupuncture. Shauna is super knowledgeable, empathetic, & helpful. I saw her 2-3 times a month for about 8 months. Sessions helped with stress management, sleep quality, & cycle regulation. She also gave great advice on diet & lifestyle changes that ultimately led to a natural pregnancy for me after 1.5 years of infertility. One of my friends recommended Shauna for fertility and stress/anxiety relief. I'm 34 and was trying for about 5 months to get pregnant. Even after 3 weeks of seeing Shauna, my anxiety completely went away!! The sense of fight or flight mode was gone.
