Super upset made an appointment for a certain time they called me only couple days prior to let me know they have to cancel my appt due to the time I sch at. Mind you if your not able to make a appt at 4 then why have that option available. Didn’t try to help me out with another stylist or for the following day. I was really looking forward to getting my hair done. And salon did was not sympathetic in trying to reschedule for a more convenient time for me. Same thing has happened with my nails at this salon. They call and make you reschedule but give you the option to make a appointment at times they are not available.

I want too thank you Norma for the wonderful results of my hair. You where amazing I didn't think it was possible my hair was a total mess lol you did a miracle. Definitely going back for my touch up. Just look at this wow. I love it.

First thing, my appointment was postponed by an hour. That's fine I suppose, as they were busy, but when I got my hair cut, it doesn't look like the picture I showed them at all. It was alright, it wasn't horrible or anything, but even then we were told that the prices were cheaper than they were when we came to pay. We were told it would be 25 and it ended up costing 50 for a haircut that is just 'okay.' When I went home and washed it, I can't get it to look at all like it did when I came out, and while my experience wasn't horrible, I won't be coming back here and I did not get what I wanted out of it.

Edit: I hate it more than I did before and it gets worse with time! Added pictures of what I got and what I asked for.

Edit 2: I want to add that they were nice and sweet, but even so, being kind cannot make up for the fact that I feel bad after this haircut and did not get anything close to what I wanted.

This place feels like home or at the movies. I met my hairdresser Norma and she does wonders with my very thin brittle, over processed hair at a reasonable price. Over the last few months I have gotten to know Gloria and her staff. The are always there faithfully each week and they are truly wonderful skilled women with tints, styles and good old fashion customer service. If you are from out of state like me, you will make this your permanent salon.
