I absolutely love the way my hair turned out. I’m not much of a talker and I’m very socially awkward so very little conversation happened (sorry) but she made me feel welcomed. She made my hair look 10x better than what I had previously done to myself. I Will be coming back!

Saw Heather and was blown away at how amazingly well she interpreted my wants! I am in love with my hair.

I was impressed with:
-how I was treated the moment I walked in the door, everyone was very polite
-place smelled and looked very clear!
-I have physical limitations and they were overly accommodating
-Heather took her time to understand my wants and needs (found a way to cut my hair perfect when I didn’t know what I wanted). She also worked with me to show my how to style my hair.
-Easy to pay and very reasonable!!!

Wonderful day spent with a sweet and attentive stylist. We had some great conversation. She was very caring and careful with my below waist-length hair. I set up my next appointment before leaving. Absolutely recommend visiting Spring Valley for a cut or style at Glam by Carrie.

Great experience😊 She was very friendly and intentional. Her shop is super cute and clean, and it has a comforting atmosphere. As for the service, it was amazing. She knows what she’s doing. I have hair that’s coarse and wavy/curly & before her work it felt heavy and I had a lot of dead ends. My hair now feels light, silky, hydrated, and healthier. And for the cost Unbeatable. Highly recommend her💛

Unfortunately my haircut was left with long and short strands. I asked for highlights and lowlights and received 6 huge wide chunks of over processed blonde on top. 125.00 for ruined hair
