We had an amazing time at this spa and highly recommend trying it out. They offer a free welcome drink, three hot spring pots (including one for ladies only), and a cozy chill lounge. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they automatically charge a 20% tip on top of the spa fee, even if you’re only using the hot springs and not receiving any massage services.

It’s clean, nice staff… but otherwise very underwhelming for the price. Limited amenities, especially since the women’s steam room was closed/broken. My mani/pedi were most disappointing, very small selection of gel colors, shoddy polish application, absolutely zero cuticle care, not even moisturizer for the hands. They started chipping off by the next day, which was the day of my brother’s wedding. My fiancé did better nails for himself at our rental while I spent $$$ at this salon. Be aware they also add an automatic 20% tip. Not worth it IMO.

This Spa was amazing!! My husband surprised me to a Spa day and facial. This place was beautiful and so relaxing and I had the Wellness 80 min facial and it was amazing. The staff was so friendly and the girl i had was Alexis and she did an amazing job. I cant wait to come back.

Wish I had read the reviews before I booked services here. The TL;DR is exactly what others have written - massively overpriced for the mediocre services provided, and the 20% gratuity “automatically added” was salt in the wound. I am a generous tipper, but I really don’t appreciate having it forced on me, and it seemed like they knew the services wouldn’t warrant a 20% tip, so they don’t give the customer the choice. The massage was okay, but pedicure was inexcusably bad, even if it hadn’t cost $120 (!!!). At this point, I’m considering fighting for a refund. The callous removal was shoddy at best (my heels were catching on my socks as soon as I took a shower), the nails weren’t trimmed properly or painted to the edges neatly, and most frustrating, the polish is chipping off already (after less than 48 hours) because it wasn’t applied correctly. Especially for what you’re getting, the services are grossly overpriced and the spa itself is tiny, stale and very unimpressive. As others noted, the description of the spa, with “mineral soaking pools” and so on, is very misleading - it’s actually just a couple of small hot tubs (with no bubbles!) and some chairs in a backyard. This was my first postpartum spa treatment and I really wanted to love it, but just don’t do this to yourself. In summary - not worth it, don’t recommend, won’t be back.

My fiancé and I went here the day before our wedding. We had the best time and felt so relaxed, which I feel like is hard to do the day before your wedding! The pools really melt your trouble away, but my favorite was actually the lounge full of giant bean bags. Lauren did an amazing job on both of our nails! The locked rooms are well stocked, and the rainfall shower heads and yummy smelling shampoo left me wishing I could come back every day.

Pros: great facials and massages.
Cons: they book way too many people at a time, making it hard to find a place to sit. The “sanctuary” is loud and crowded. The pools were dirty and one was closed. A nail was sticking up in the sauna. There were no clean brushes. One shower was fully out of service, and another would only spray from the top. They got new food but it’s the price of a dinner entree. The 20% gratuity surprise and the end is not a positive customer service experience. For the high cost of services, I would expect much, much more.

I’d like to say upfront that the staff at the spa were so lovely. Very kind, helpful, and welcoming. They were great to work with and I really appreciated their professionalism. Unfortunately, that’s where my good reviews of Glade Spring Spa end. I am not sure if it’s an issue of still recovering from the pandemic, but I do not think this spa is worth the money or hype. Pictures and reviews online suggest mineral pools, saunas, and steam rooms among the beautiful setting of Suncadia. What I found was a women’s restroom that smelled slightly of sewage, dirty floors (because the outside areas where the sauna and “mineral pools” are located were not kept tidy from pine needles and leaves), a shower that went cold half way through, a steam room in the women’s bathroom with a lazy towel thrown on the floor to mop up the moisture, eucalyptus oil for the steam room in an industrial cleaning spray bottle, the one plunge pool at the spa out of order, and two “mineral pools” only big enough for six, which were nothing more than glorified hot tubs. The sanctuary room was nothing more than a lounge, with fireplaces that weren’t on despite attending the spa in the winter. I’ve been to spas with large swimming pools, various temperature hot pools, indoor and outdoor pools, jet hot tubs, sauna and steam rooms with various smells and lighting to make you feel truly spoiled, for less money than this. On top of that, there was an awkward experience at the end where the system “automatically adds” a 20% tip your bill, and I had to work with the representative out loud in front of other customers in the room to adjust my bill to a tip amount I felt appropriate for an unwind pass (no treatment). I think this place could be great with some upgrades and better attention to detail by management. Personally, I will not be returning.

Used to love coming here. Nowadays, it's just a 'like' due to no longer really enforcing the 'silent sanctuary' rule. I just find it hard to relax when theres a lot of chatter from other patrons. Otherwise, excellent massages and pleasantly secluded soaking pools at 3 different temps.
