Emily did an amazing job on my nails she took her time I spent about an hour with her. I let her know the extent of what I wanted done. That I would be in town for a few months possible a little longer and wanted one person for that time. I got to pick my color. I told her they did not have good reviews and hope to have a good experience. I will be back next week to get a pedicure!! If you visit ask for Emily you took her time. Great place and friendly women!

I went and saw Ms. Emily today she is so patient and does amazing detail to make sure they match and are the same size. Shes a very nice women. Ask for her when you go see her. She said shes gonna do my eyebrow trim and shape as well! They are a very nice and work all together in this shop!! Show local support!!

I had tried to go to 2 different supposed walk in locations. One didn't answer and the other treated me like garbage as soon as I walked in. We came to this location and they asked how they could help. I asked for a fill in. They let me sit down, choose my design and color. I waited less than 10 minutes before Lam was able to set up for me. He did an amazing job. They look beautiful, he cleaned them up so well. Thank you!

My nails were ruined by the acrylic they used. When we called, they said they have gel and the nails would be $45. Both of these were not true and we had to get acrylic. They did not know how to properly use the tools which made my nails have indents from the drill they used. When taking them off, it took way longer than it should’ve, and some of the glue still has not come off. After, I found out that the acrylic powder they used is banned in the US!

This is one of the worst service that I ever experienced. I always get my acrylic nails in this place but this time I couldn't accept the results, the other employees were okay but the person who did my nails that day was unbelievable. I even showed him the nails that I wanted but it end up looking so different. Believe me or not this picture was taken today and it is still 2 days. I got my acrylic nails last Monday the 16th of this month and look how it looks, it's like I got it 1 month ago, the person who did my nails was in a rush. He is not gentle. His work is not nice, how my nail size doesn't look the same, I needed to go back for him to resize my right middle finger to match the length of my left middle finger. They charged me $50.00 for this, like seriously? I wasted my money. So disappointing.

They were rushed, didn’t get to pick the color I wanted because I was talking with my mom and said I liked a color and the stylist took it from me and took me to a chair, and then she cut my toenail past the nail bed causing extreme pain and bleeding. Could not participate in plans for the remainder of the day because of the pain. Currently unable to wear socks or closed toe shoes.

Wished they introduced their self, so I could tell you who it was and tell you to avoid them.

Nina did my nails. I asked for a pedicure with gel polish and a basic manicure, no polish. She was rushed, not a great experience overall. She did not even bother to clean under my nails and barely filed my nails. The first time I came in about a month ago the service was better. Do not remember the nail techs name.
