I booked an appointment for a consultation and perm using online booking system on Sunday. I messaged in the booking comment space that I wanted a spiral perm.
I was early by 15 minutes. Gabby saw me immediately. She listened and repeated my concerns and goals and asked questions so she understood my needs. However, she had not seen the spiral request so didn't have time to do my perm at this appointment. That was a bummer as I don't do beauty shops, I trim my own hair most of the time, I haven't been for a /cut in 2 years.
She rescheduled me for the next afternoon at 3:15pm.Next day, I was in my vehicle at 2:30pm and get a text, she's running behind asked to push appointment to 3:30. Ok i said. I went back in the house for 25 minutes, then went to the shop. I arrived at 3:05. Yes I am a cronically early person, I had my book, I knew I would be waiting. I also knew if I didn't get myself to the beauty shop I might decide to forgo my perm, yes, chicken out. She said, "Oh you said 3:30 would work." I said "yes that's fine but I needed to get here before I changed my mind." "Oh" she said, "I was going to run an errand." She's telling me this while checking out a client. It's now 3:10 and client was still there until 3:15. Gabby did stay and did not run errands. She started on my hair at 3:40. She was careful, easy to talk to. She trimmed very little as i requested and perm is very nice. I paid and left at 6pm. She is a one person shop, I like that fact. She was careful, thorough. From my experience and from reading other reviews her weakness is time. But she did a very good job. I will go back, but I'll book first appointment of the day next time.

My appointment was rescheduled I understand emergencies so I moved my day around showed up there was another client in the chair we began talking realized her appointment was at noon it was now 12:30 my appointment time Gabby didn't bother coming out from the back till quarter till 1 then told me she still had to highlight the other client and smiled said sorry like my time wasn't important I hope her other client got a great job cause she could have cared else about me leaving terrible customer service

Love her! Easy going. Very professional and fun to be around. Love my hairstyle and color. Ready to please! Won't go anywhere else. She goes out of her way to get you what you want! I went to get my hair done. Cut, layered, and colored. Mandy did my hair. She did an amazing job on my hair. She is amazing, she rocks, shes patient. Very cool lady. She has changed my views on hair stylist.
