I had the pleasure of Tammy doing my gel manicure and regular polish for my pedicure. She was very friendly and extremely professional. She paid attention to detail and she did a great job! I went to the salon as soon as they were opened. About 10 minutes after I got there there were 4 more people on a Monday. So I say get there early. They get busy fast. The parking lot is not huge but they do have parking. The prices are probably a bit higher than other places. I personally don’t mind that if the service matches it.

I visited for a second time and I had another great experience!!!

This place by far is my fave place to get my nails and brows done: where do I even begin. For one, they are incredibly efficient. I got my gel mani and a…I want to say a volcano pedi and my brows done in under 60 minutes. They have a system and it works!!! Despite how busy it gets in there, service is quick and you walk out looking and feeling amazing.
Next, the brows. Aside from waxing your brows, they also fill them in for you too. And the do an absolute phenomenal job!
I especially, love how friendly they are and the fact that they know their customers by name. When I’m in town, this is the ONLY place I will be getting my nails and brows done.

this place does not clean there equipment properly and it caused me to get a msra infection iny left pinky so bad to the point where my left pinky had to be amputated and stay in the hospital for 4 days so i will never be going here again almost lost my hand instead of my pinky bc of this place

I wasn’t the one that got my nails done today but, I promise none of my girls nor I will be back. My daughter got her nails done as quoted a price thne charged 10$ more. While ahe was getting her nails done the tech popped her hand a few times because she accidentally held her hand. All you need was make her more nervous. Then we she asked about the price the bail tech said well it can be more if I have to remove them!!

A Lady there put my lashes on and they will Not come off … I specifically told her I didn’t want something that would be on for more than 1 week. I think it HOW she applied them … my lashes has been on over a month !! And I’ve lost 60% of my natural lashes … I’ve been here before and it’s never happened !! I won’t be going there anymore for anything else !! I’m not sure what the lady name was but she’s the smallest one there … so beware … she literally glued the lashes to base of my lash-line AND the skin on my eye lid !!! It’s very painful And my eyes are starting to swell!

- THEY CHARGED ME $65.00 ... $50.00
FORNEW PROCESS (None Of the Nails
were the Same Length) and $15.00 FOR
REMOVING NAILS I DID NOT WANT
REMOVED. (Even if I did, I have never been
charged extra for it!)
- I WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!
- I WILL DRIVE TO AUGUSTA FOR A CLEAN,
PROFESSIONAL, NON-ATTITUDE SERVICE
- WHAT A SHAME to LOSE A LOYAL

DETAILS:
I have been a Loyal customer for 15 years.

A manTechnician that does not speak English, first got an attitude about doing the "Pink & White" nails, his counter was not clean.
He constantly hurt my fingers filing down my nails, he got aggravated and decided himself to just start fresh instead of doing the fill-in I requested.
After a period of time he applied dark pink powder without asking me what tint of pink I wanted.
I noticed and I told him I wanted a lighter pink. Here again, attitude.
He told lady next to him she came around to me and told me I was supposed to tell HIM what tint. I WAS SURPRISED AND LIVID!
She mixed a lighter pink and he roughly tried take off dark pink unsuccessfully.
All nails uneven.

I left with a $65.00 Painful, Unfinished Manicure.

Poor service. The nail techs rush to get done and do a poor job. Some of them are not very friendly either. I will not be back.
