i agree with other comments wishing they could give this place 0 stars. i came to get my blood drawn and the lab tech drew my blood with an exposed glove. her whole finger was out. she then dropped my vial mid draw and repopped my tube back in. how unsanitary and dangerous this could be. the family clinic right next door is no better. last friday i had an appointment at 4:20 and wasn’t seen until 5pm. why? my doctor was having a PERSONAL phone call and made me wait 40 minutes. she confused me with another patient, they had their receptionist take my vitals and had her try and poke me as well! when she found out i get light headed from needles i could see her fear and she called another lady in to take my blood. 8/9 months pregnant this lady was crouched down sticking needles in my hands and missed my vein in the original poke. she then proceeded to drop my blood on the floor, cleaned it up with a paper towel and threw it in the little trash can in the room. she should’ve used a spill kit, and/or thrown away my blood in a hazards bin. i just moved from out of state and i promise you none of this unprofessionalism would’ve happened in Illinois.

Horrible place, I waited two hours in er and another women with two very sick children waiting a long time as well. A women then came in with a younger lady who cut her finger. When she was told it would be a two hour wait she demanded to be seen so they went and got a nurse who said she did not need stitches so he cleaned her wound and bandaged it right there in the er lobby right in front of us. In less than ten minutes she was treated and left without even checking in! I was there to check for a blood clot and the other women's kids were so sick they could not even sit up in the chair, no triage at all. I would not recommend going there even in an emergency if you have any choice. 2/5/25. L Fose.

If it could it would be zero stars. I came in for trouble breathing and they were rude to me they glared at me they give me dirty looks they ignore 90% of my questions, they GUESSED my weight instead of actually weighing me and one of my concerns were about losing lots of weight. They cut me off when i'm talking and trying to explain what's going on. When I expressed a concern to them about the treatment they recommended I go somewhere else! And on top of all of that I received the WRONG discharge paperwork!!!!! How do you mess something like that up when you work at a hospital. That’s something really important to mess up like that. I had ZERO idea on what i was supposed to do to get better because I didn’t have correct paperwork and now i’m in MUCH worse health!

I wish I could have given 0 stars. I hurt my foot some weeks back and could not walk on it without being in severe pain. The nurses inside made no move to help me from the car or assist me with a wheel chair so I had to hop. When I got there they treated me like it wasn’t a medical emergency even though it was black and blue, so swollen that I felt like there was no more stretchable skin left to hold the fluid, and no circulation was getting to my toes. They made a comment about “well you’re walking on it.” HOPPING. I was one legged hopping and out of breath bc they made no move to grab a wheel chair and do their job. A few weeks later. I took my partner in because she fell and her knee popped and bent in a direction that a knee should not bend. She was crying and could not walk without screaming. I pulled up in the ambulance spot and they made no move to help. Made me get the wheel chair (as if I operate a wheel chair on a daily basis) and then rolled their eyes at me when I was struggling with it, again made no move to help. Once I got her inside I said “now that she’s in here does that give her rights to be taken care of long enough for me to go park the car? They said she would be fine and so I parked. When I came back in they called her back and again expected me to wheel her to the back. I looked at my partner and said “I’m sorry. I’m going outside, because this place is ridiculous.” The nurses are rude, the bedside manner among other things is non existent. Do not recommend. At all.

If I could give zero stars I would horrible bedside manner, nurses make it very clear they don't care about their patients. If you ask questions about your care or question what is happening to you, they immediately produce AMA paperwork without it being requested and have you leave. The nurses "are very proud of their facility", so if you actually want to be taken seriously and get help, do not go here.

"Dr." Larry Ezel at the Fulton county emergency room refused to treat my son. I took him in there at 1230 AM to be seen, because his private was swollen to 3 times it's normal size in a matter of a couple hours. I'm not a doctor, but any normal male that goes to sleep with a rash then wakes up in a couple hours with his private swollen triple in size would consider this an emergency. Well not good ol dr. ezel... Before even looking or knowing what was going on he began to lecture that a rash is not a medical emergency, and implied that at I wanted to be in there at 1 in the morning with my son. When I told him he didn't get to define what I consider a medical emergency, he simply said, I don't care what you think an emergency is, your free to go. Leaving a 14 year old without treatment, with horrible rash an what he himself called an infection which making his private swollen. There was no one else in the ER that I saw anywhere being treated, a receptionist at a desk, a nurse at the nurses station eating salad, and someone else sitting at a desk. All I can figure is we interrupted his solitaire game and he was upset he had to get off his keester to see a patient... I'd like to think I learned something from this experience, maybe a couple things. 1st you can have a piece of paper that says your a doctor and still be an idiot, 2nd I learned that larry ezel's definition of an emergency and mine differ, 3rd some people have no business being doctors and I met one tonight. I used it as a learning experience for my son also. And the lesson he took away from the experience is don't be like larry ezel... Worthless

The staff is nothing but rude and can use an attitude adjustment stick my wife and got mad at her and then threatened to kick me out for going to get coffee
