Can’t recommend the ladies at Fringe enough! It truly feels like a family, all of the girls are super friendly and make you feel at home right away! I’ve been seeing Ashley for years and she always leaves my hair looking and feeling 100x better than it did before I sat in her chair! She really takes her time and cares for each and every one of her clients. Her positive energy is infectious and my hair is forever grateful I found her!!

Super friendly and accommodating team, each and every person goes the extra mile to meet client’s needs. I came here originally to get my hair cut in thick layers, and I loved them so much I came back to get my hair highlighted. Nicole did amazing work on my hair! I love my hair so much. After having bad experiences at places I should name but I won’t, the frindge salon gave me a renewed sense of confidence in getting my hair cut and colored. I can say I have finally found my forever salon, and I will be a regular here! I recommend this salon to my friends (which I already have), and family. Nicole is very nice and pleasant to talk to, all the staff is very friendly and nice! I feel like I’ve made a new friend! Honestly that’s how you should feel when you get your hair done!

I came in requesting a long inverted bob and provided a picture of the look I was going for. The stylist washed and cut my hair then dried and styled it. She didn’t offer to show me the back (I should have asked). It looked nice when I left (after she curled it) but when I got home and washed, dried and straightened it I was left with hair sticking out at the back of my neck (no matter what I did) inconsistent lines, and a short layer high at the back of my head and inches of hair that she missed that laid on top of the actual cut. I called for a refund but (according to the stylist) their policy is that they provide free corrections and no refunds. I had already had it corrected at a different salon. See attached pictures.

First place I call and I was able to get an appt the next day with Liz. I was so nervous due to the fact other places didn't get it right. Well Liz got it right and I won't go any other place. She ask questions and work with me to get the right style. She did an amazing job! She has a great attitude and love her sense of humor. Btw the shampoo session was amazing. Thank you Liz. I'll be back

I go to Sydney, and she is amazing. She always listens to what I want, has great conversations, and is the best stylist. I trust her with my hair all the time, and wouldn't recommend going anywhere else!!

Liz is amazing! She gives guidance as to my best look. I think a lot of stylists assume we all know our best cut and color when sometimes we just like a style on another person that wouldn’t work well with us. Love my color and cut!

I visited this salon 5 times total. Each time it was with a different person since I went based on who was available. The first two times my experience was pretty good. The third time, the hairstylist tried to sell me on products and additional services throughout my entire visit, despite me saying I wasn't interested. The last two times I had individuals who were in their first year of styling at the quality of the hair cut / color wasn't as impressive (I get it, they are still learning).

I made the decision to no longer visit this salon since I wasn't satisfied the last three visits.

My husband, though knowing I was looking for a new salon, didn't realize that I did indeed find one and purchased me a gift card for here. After calling, the customer service wasn't the greatest. Instead of refunding (even when it was clear that the service wasn't satisfactory), we were told absolutely not to a refund and that he can't get his money back; we can just buy products. Really don't even want to buy products here when they aren't willing to work with us. Really disappointing.
