Today was my first time at Foxxy Nail Spa. I went in undecided what to exactly get and ended up asking for a full set, no chip. Right when she started working on my nails (I believe her name is Kim) I told her I did not want my nails thick and long. Throughout the process, my nails seemed okay, however, when she was done I saw they were very thick for my taste. No base coat was used either. The length is okay, but the tips are too wide and thick; I have thin, long fingers and I personally think the end result looks unattractive. It was overly priced as well. My friend who got a regular manicure was also disappointed. Her nail polish came off, such poor quality!!! See pictures. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Foxxy Nail Spa and do not recommend.

Love my pedicure! Oh… so I thought. I have been coming here for a while. My last visit was June 19 and to say I was disappointed would be correct. The girl that did my pedicure had everyone helping her with clients. Obviously overbooked. She absolutely rushed my pedicure, did not ask if I wanted an upgrade ( glad I did not) and then I paid 65 for a service that was sub. I don’t mind paying but I do mind being rushed. Then to boot… it chipped on Sunday. Just disappointed,

My favorite place to go! Raz does an awesome job on my dip. Sometimes she can even get me out of my comfort zone to try new colors. Love my recent ombre with CinnaPink!

So sad to see how far this place has gone downhill. Ten years ago, this was the best nail salon in the area - the kind of place that offered you anything from water to a glass of wine while you got a pedicure. These days, the furniture is all worn, the place is dirty. The regular polish is so old the colors are changing, and the nail techs (including the owner who took a FaceTime call while she was with a client) lounge around in customer spaces. Two of my last three experiences here have been poor, but I kept coming back, hoping it was just an off day or an off day for that tech. Sadly, this seems to be the new norm, as my tech today asked if my shape was okay and didn’t file my nails, didn’t provide lotion or a hand massage and didn’t oil my cuticles for the plain ol’ regular manicure I paid $22 for. I won’t be back.

Wasn't impressed. Went in for a pedicure and a French tip. And they told me that the pedicure and color would be $40 however when i sat down I showed the woman named sakka the picture I wanted of a French toe nails design and I was a little disappointed with how it turned out but I also didn't dislike either. It was cute but she charged me $80 dollars!!! I just assumed it was cause of the French nail design but I called back to see and a French nail design is only $5-$10 more....so yah her name was soka, really nice lady but I went on youtube because something didnt feel right about the design i left with and sure enough I wasn't wrong. There's just a straight white line across the tip of my toe and she didn't edge it up with a brush as you should apparently but didn't know this. Anyway it's just a bummer that I could have done a better job but instead I paid $80 plus a tip only cause she did attend me with a baby. So that was nice. No hate towards her at all! She was extremely kind! I was just misinformed and uneducated about it all. It's very rare for me to find a good nail salon but yea Im just stating this so that maybe someone else can be alittle more cautious than i was. Again NO HATE! everyone there was friendly!!

I have been coming here for years just to get my brows done, thought the price was decent ($10 bucks), Cleary I wasn’t aware of the price change that was bumped to $15.. I’m sorry if you’re charging $15 for a brow wax can you at least clean up the back room? Walked in and three workers just lounging around.. maybe clean up the place if you’re charging more.. maybe tell returning customers you upped the price..i do remember once I was told to go to the back and there was a child laying down on the waxing bed .. hmmm okay( had to be a year ago or so) second after years of going here I finally started to get my nails done the first time was beautiful (dip) after that the job done was trash , steps in a dip manicure were skipped .. as my nails got longer seemed every time I got a fill they got shorter. I also noticed a lot of spot missing during the dip process I specifically told her hey you missed a spot.. she literally just filed it down the corner which made the complete nail look off (I wish my phone didn’t break so I could upload the photos).. I go tanning so every time I’d go tanning I’d see missing areas in the tanning bed lights.. Kim did let me get a redo manicure but I felt a vibe bc of it.. overall I wanted things to be better but I will take my money elsewhere.. if I go somewhere else that changes $15 for brows maybe it will be a clean area… may I also mention every time I went in for a fill I was told I needed my brows done… I literally don’t need my brows done every 2/3 weeks.. normally I’d go every 2 months .. and oddly every time I went in for a fill it was like I was getting charged higher and higher .. dumb of me not to ask for a receipt. I’m sorry Kim I need to find another place to go .. also maybe tell Lilly not try to raise her ticket price on brows that done even need to be done. I do tip well that’s a fact.. I didn’t want to post a review but after having this sit wit me for months and going in last month for a $15 semi good brow wax that I needed to fix when I got home I can’t come back. Good luck.
