I don’t usually leave bad reviews—in fact, this is the first one I’ve ever written. Today was my 20th birthday, and my mom had planned a special girls’ day for us, which included facials at Fizz Facial Bar in Jonesboro, Arkansas. We’d been looking forward to this all week. After an exhausting sorority pledge week, I was really in need of some relaxation and time with my mom.

However, when we arrived, we were told that we didn’t have an appointment. This was shocking because my mom had booked the appointment a week prior, we received a confirmation email, and even had screenshots of the booking. Despite this, we were told they were fully booked for the day and there was nothing they could do. The staff showed little empathy and didn’t seem to care about the mix-up or our disappointment.

They offered to reschedule us for Monday, but that doesn’t work for me as a college student living over an hour away. I’m so disappointed this is how I spent my birthday. Fizz Facial Bar, I hope you’ll consider improving your customer service and scheduling processes so others don’t have to experience what we did.

I have not been in several years and they've only gotten better with time! I never had a bad experience before, I just got out of the habit of going and my most recent visit was even better. Fully recommend getting add-ons to your service, all of them are worth every penny!

Wow! Everyone should do this!! Anna was so wonderful! I had a facial done and it made me look and feel amazing. My skin never felt better!

My wife went in there with a friend, her friend was very welcomed by the lady who was doing her facial but for my wife the woman named Haley acted like she hated her job. My wife wanted A collagen and aging package but Haley didn’t listen. Haley didn’t offer a blanket or water like the other lady did, she did not communicate at all as the other lady was very informative. Haley just gave off a very rude bad vibe, she was not professional at all. My wife felt very uncomfortable and couldn’t enjoy her time. It’s a very nice place and the other ladies were very nice besides the worker named Haley.

I scheduled the mint to be online for both my boyfriend and me. When we got there they told me only one of the bookings had worked, but the girl at the front desk was so nice and accommodating and got it all worked out, we just came back an hour later than originally scheduled. When we came back we were immediately seated, and both of us were excited. We were surrounded by some others getting facials and the employees/estheticians were explaining every step and what they were doing, what skincare the other customers should try, etc. however, the two girls who did our facials seemed like they just didn’t want to be there. Like we were disturbing their day. They told us nothing about what they were doing. I was actually only asked one question throughout the entire facial “do you do skincare at home?” When I answered and started explaining the esthetician rolled her eyes, so I just stopped talking.
Personally, it seemed like the employees didn’t want to be doing the special, maybe bc it was cheaper or whatever the reason, I just feel that’s not the customer’s problem. However, treating customers who purchased the special like they don’t deserve the same experience and treatment as any other customer is poor taste. Also, I would have done some of the add-ons and spent more had I EVEN BEEN ASKED … my boyfriend was at least given a suggestions list on what skincare to use, which seemed thoughtful… I got nothing. Sad to say it really ruined our Valentine’s date and my boyfriend’s first experience getting a facial. I write this review in hopes that the girls who treat customers as if they don’t want to work on them open their eyes to what this does to the customers experience— as I read other reviews where customers had a similar experience with the employees. We’re happy to spend our time and money elsewhere!

I'm a club fizz member. I go sometimes more than once a month. It is worth every penny. They cover you in a warm blanket, give you a bottle of water, and let you pass out while they do what they do. The process are very affordable and the treatments work. They have a very good selection of an assortment of facial procedures, and none are invasive. They have the right amount of procedures. I enjoy coming to them. The girls are absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is both social yet relaxing. On days with bad horrible sinus problems I'll call them and they can get me right in. Then the tech will focus on my sinus passages and sometimes that it my only relief.

If you have no tried this place grab a girlfriend, brother, or mother and relax. It's a great way to get a facial on the fly.

First time getting facial in over a decade cause I was never a fan but this one was by far my favorite ever! Will definitely be back. The hydro calm facial is the way to go 🙂
