I hurt my back while on vacation two days ago. My health insurance wasn’t accepted by larger urgent care system in area. First Care of Habersham helped me out. Other urgent cares have a policy to not prescribe steroids, which I badly needed and got with First Care of Habersham. Also, they have an affordable out-of-pocket fee and were fairly quick. I’m forever grateful and highly recommend this compassionate team of healthcare specialists.

I've taken my young adult daughters to this facility at least 4 times now. It is walk-in, first come first served but the longest we've ever had to wait was 1 hour. Totally depends on when you go. I'm sure Monday mornings are always busy, but Thursday afternoon we were taken within minutes. Office visits are $40. Very reasonable. We've had a flu test for $15 & a strep test for $15. The most we've had to pay was $70. The NPs or PAs (?) are all very thorough, seem to listen & never rush the appointment. We've never felt like we were being "blown off".
Prescriptions are quickly sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

Maybe you will be helped. One star because the provider I saw last week and yesterday was great. The person my husband saw today was not and we were lied to on the phone about what we could be given if he came in. We all are being treated for flu but yet they won’t treat him for it although several of my family members have tested positive. They said only if he tested positive for $85 additional dollars to the $300 we have spent there since Friday on me and my 2 daughters would they give it to him. Don’t waste your time, go to Tim’s pharmacy. She ended up hanging the phone up on me when I tried to get the Medicine called in that she was refusing to call in.

Had a lovely experience here the other day. The wait wasn't that bad I had to wait maybe 15 minutes at 4pm on a Monday, obviously your wait will probably vary depending on how many people need care. I went in for a strep throat test they have one for $15 but I opted for the $40 one. The prices are very fair in my opinion. The doctor or nurse practitioner I saw was absolutely lovely I wish I had gotten her name but she was very kind and caring and actually knew a lot about my chronic conditions which was just amazing. I highly recommend this place.

I have now been there 3 times & I'm very impressed with the staff. I am HARD to please but I honestly have no complaints. If you are sick call for an appointment, I got 1 for the same day, (just hours after calling). If you walk in you need to be patient, first come first serve, a bit crowded during flu season... If you are looking this up I strongly suggest you give it a try, I don't think you would be disappointed. (If you need a blood draw call for appointment, the person who does it is VERY GOOD, I am a hard stick & she succeeded first try).

This was my first visit and I was so thankful to be treated so quickly. The staff were kind and the doctor was so understanding and caring. I felt heard. It was a great experience. I am thankful for the quick fix-me-up for my ear infections. They were were awesome!

Took 2 weeks to get test results back and was told if I have anymore issues to see a specialist. Already been through all that with a specialist. Everything is good. Highly disappointed with the slow customer service.
