I visited the salon this February 2023. There is some construction going on due to a water pipe break. Felicia was overly apologetic about the appearance of the space and the ongoing work that was being done throughout the appointment but outside the suite. I appreciated her expressing care about my comfort. I waited a few minutes for her to finish a client and then she began my appointment for a haircut which included a silk press. Felicia spoke with knowledge about hair care, and gave recommendations on practices I could do to repair/grow my hair.

She was very attentive and I left with a nice cut and beautiful curls. She provided a complimentary condition for my initial wait—again I was very appreciative. We vibed extremely well and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. I would definitely return to her for the same service in the near future.

I had a really good experience from start to finish with Felicia. Very professional and personable, she definitely took the time to examine my hair to tell me what I needed or not, but she wasn't about recommending treatments or products just because. I've had my share of experiences with hairdressers who claim they know how to treat 4c hair. Felicia is one of the best I've found, I'll definitely be going back.

I was late and anxious but was met with a welcoming greeting and started to relax.
Felicia Michelle was inviting as the tunes playing on her speaker. She assessed my hair while asking questions. She then got to work on my very dry twist out. After the wash and deep conditioner I touched my hair and couldn't believe how soft it felt. Next, my haircut and silk press m felt as light as if I had a fresh relaxer.
I excitedly purchased some of her products she used on my hair and I can't wait to try it especially with my new haircut.
I'm already recommending her and booked my next appointment already.
