I got a hair cut by Jennifer she did a horrible job, my hair is choppy and uneven. She said it was because my hair is curly that’s the reason for a bad hair cut , she’s been doing this for 13 years she knows better, this was careless on her part. I didn’t get an apology from her or her manager and was refused a refund. Which is horrible as well they’re getting away with giving bad service. As for me I will no longer tip until I make sure I get what I asked for. Thank you ☺️

I took my daughter for a haircut and the stylist did such a good job!! My daughter was so happy it was the first time she got layers I wish I knew her name. Either way both ladies were very nice?

The one Star is strictly on costumer service which starts the moment you walk in the door. I went in for a cut. I signed in, and sat down. No acknowledgement. Not a hello, hi, kiss my a#$, we will be with you in a moment, nothing. No one in there but a guy, scrolling his phone in the first booth, never looked up. Someone was in the back, probably actually doing something. Phone ringing, no one answers. I got up after 10mins of this and walked out.

I was very happy with my haircut that I got here. I've been using Fantastic Sam's for many years and they never let me down. The lady who did my hair was really great and friendly. She was really patient with me while I decided what I wanted to do with my hair and made up my mind. She was really great to give me some additional advice concerning my hair related questions. I was long overdue for a haircut, she was very understanding and non-judgmental. If you are looking for a good experience, definitely try something new and check out Fantastic Sam's. My hair feels so good and my cut is super cute! ?
